This week I had Mr Mobility himself on, Adam Richardson. Adam went through a very similar journey to me, in that we were both party animals with no direction a few years ago and now we make videos online and help people with their fitness.

 

The main difference is I focus mostly on fat loss and Adam focuses on mobility and living pain free.
