Who we are

My Podcast Data is published on a personal basis by Ilias Chaumont. For any question about your data, contact contact@mypodcastdata.com.

What we never do

We do not build advertising profiles. We do not track the pages you browse to push content at you. We do not sell any data.

If you browse without an account

Two cookies are used: an audience measurement cookie (Google Analytics 4, without IP collection) and a technical authentication cookie (Auth0), set only if you log in.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which stores nothing. If your message includes your email address, it is deleted upon request when you exercise your data rights.

If you create an account

We store the information provided at signup (first name, last name, email), your display preferences (language, light or dark mode), and your favorites and tags.

We never retain a history of the pages you have viewed, added to or removed from your favorites. This content is never analyzed, including to build a profile of your account.

If you log in via Google (SSO), Auth0 provides us with your email, avatar, and last login date.

Third-party tools and why

• Auth0: authentication management (email, password or SSO).
• Cloudflare Turnstile: anti-bot protection for the contact form only, no data stored.
• AWS SES: technical delivery of contact form emails, no data stored.
• Axiom: technical monitoring and security of the platform, notably to identify bots scraping content abusively. Retention period: 15 days.

Legal basis and retention

In line with the GDPR, we only keep what is strictly necessary for the service to function or justified by a need specific to the platform (stability, security), independent of any commercial interest.

Your rights
