I talk about using the hunger and fullness scale with guidelines to support your goals, whether that is fat loss, healing your relationship with food.

Its assumed losing weight "heals your relationship with food and your body" its so far from the truth, fat loss does not correlate to an increase in confidence, self esteem, self worth or a balanced relationship with food. In this very vulnerable episode I talk to you about my relationship with food and my body at 140kg and 53kg, how it felt in both of those bodies and how it feels now. Relationship with food isn't anti fat loss, it's pro fat loss and when you consider the myriad of years you have spent dieting and never attaining a feeling you have been expecting its the one method that will support you living a healthy, happy life.
