As principal yoga instructor, Kimberly specializes in adapting yoga poses and sequences to provide an enjoyable and beneficial experience for men, women and children of any body type, age or flexibility level.

Today’s guest is Dawn Rivers, owner of Daybreak Yoga in Bedford, Ohio. Dawn discusses her yoga journey which began in 1999 when she starting practicing with a Rodney Yee VHS yoga videotape.
In 2013, she became a 200-hour certified yoga teacher through Cleveland Yoga, and in 2019, Dawn completed her 300-hour yoga teacher training with Faith Hunter at Embrace Yoga DC. Her studio, Daybreak Yoga opened in October 2018. In addition to offering daily classes at Daybreak Yoga, Dawn hosts yoga teacher training, mindfulness and yoga workshops, collaborative projects, and a mentorship program.
