Charli got to have a very enlightening conversation with David McMillan about equality vs equity in the workplace. He is the Vice President Domestic Building Services at GRUNDFOS.

Currently living and working in the US as VP of Sales for the Domestic Building Division within Grundfos, which is responsible for the development of our business in the single and multifamily residential space. George is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ReliabilityX.  He has over 25 years experience in Life Sciences and food manufacturing industries. George has a master’s degree in Maintenance and Reliability Engineering Management from Monash University. He is certified in Vibration Analysis, Infrared Thermography, Ultrasound, and Motion Amplification. He is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Reliability Leader (CRL), CRL Black Belt (CRLBB), an Uptime Award Winner, Solutions Award Winner, and the 2016 CMRP of the Year recipient. He is a well-recognized thought leader, change agent, speaker and teacher within the industry. He teaches courses as part of the University of Wisconsin’s Maintenance and Reliability Management Certificate program.

Charli sits down this week to have a chat with Jenelle Armstrong of Brown and Caldwell.

Jenelle is committed to her personal growth, mental and physical health. She is a devoted mom to two incredible daughters. Jenelle enthusiastically shares her love affair with clean water and leadership with the universe. She initially discovered her love of leadership during her four years at the United States Naval Academy while majoring in Ocean Engineering. She continued her education in Texas earning her Master's degree in environmental engineering.

She is currently a licensed professional engineer and project management professional (PMP) with over 25 years of experience. As an expert in water infrastructure, she actively manages multi-million-dollar projects designed to keep our waterways clean and our drinking water safe. Her main objective as an engineer (and as a mom) is to design and teach processes that incorporate efficiency, flexibility, and long-term ease of operations. She actively mentors young people to allow them to discover where their strengths and enthusiasm intersect to find success and happiness.
