The LongHer Life is the women's longevity podcast that says the quiet part out loud. Science backed and soul led, in the same episode, from the same person.
Host Brittany Ford is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and the founder of Biohacking Brittany. Every week she breaks down what's actually working for women's health: peptides, hormone testing, fertility and postpartum, metabolic health, mitochondria, nervous system regulation, longevity protocols, perimenopause, and the soul work underneath all of it.
You'll get real protocols with the dosing and the tradeoffs, her own lab results read out loud, honest reviews of what she's testing on herself, and long conversations with the doctors, researchers and founders she actually trusts. No wellness theatre, no supplement she hasn't taken herself.
If you want to feel good in your body now and still be strong at 90, you're in the right place.
Formerly Biohacking with Brittany. New episode every week.

10 Things You Don't Know About Me and Why Biohacking with Brittany Is Now The LongHer Life
Épisode 452
vendredi 18 septembre 2026 • Durée 01:16:45
Welcome to The LongHer Life, formerly Biohacking with Brittany. To kick off this new era, I'm not giving you a list of supplements. I'm giving you me. These are 10 things you probably don't know about me, and some of them I've never said on the mic before.
I share why I outgrew Biohacking with Brittany, and I read you the letter I wrote to my old self to close that chapter. Then we go deep: growing up in South Africa and moving to Canada at 7, my parents' divorce and caring for them as a teenager, growing up very Christian and where I stand with faith and spirituality now, my breech baby and traumatic birth, and the postpartum anxiety and intrusive thoughts I didn't recognize until I came out of them.
I also open up about the hardest season of my marriage, how I pick up on energy, the signs I keep getting that I'm going to have twins, why I thought I'd never work one on one again, and what it's like being a visionary who still has mom guilt.
This episode is for education and connection only and is not medical or mental health advice. If you're struggling with postpartum anxiety or birth trauma, please reach out to your provider or someone you trust.
Microdosing Psilocybin for Women: How Much Is a Microdose, How It Works in the Brain, the Pineal Gland and Crown Chakra, Postpartum Anxiety, Mom Brain and Creativity
Épisode 451
samedi 12 septembre 2026 • Durée 39:06
Magic mushrooms used to mean a party drug or a bad trip. Today psilocybin is in phase 3 clinical trials, and more women than you would ever guess are quietly microdosing for anxiety, creativity and the mental load of motherhood. In this episode I share why I microdose, how I do it, and everything I wish every woman knew before she tried it.
I explain what psilocybin actually is, how much a microdose really is (and what I take), and what happens in your brain: the serotonin 2A receptor, BDNF, neuroplasticity, and why the loop of overthinking goes quiet. Then the energetic side: the crown chakra, the pineal gland, how psilocybin literally changes your brain's frequencies, and why sound has always been part of this medicine.
I also get personal. My own microdosing journey before and after postpartum, my Sunday batch cooking ritual, the postpartum anxiety and intrusive thoughts I did not realize I had until I came out of them, and how microdosing helps me stay open to solutions instead of forcing the how.
Join me live for The Exhale, my free 90 minute masterclass on peptides, longevity and the nervous system, on September 22 at 2 PM Eastern. Save your seat: https://biohackingbrittany.com/pages/the-exhale

Peptides and Chakras for Women: HPA Dysregulation, PMOS, Insulin Resistance, Hashimoto's, Hot Flashes and Sleep, Mapped to All 8 Energy Centers | Her Stack Series
Épisode 450
jeudi 3 septembre 2026 • Durée 01:14:10
There are two maps of the same body that almost never get laid on top of each other. One is over a thousand years old and runs up your midline naming energy centers. One is about a hundred years old and runs up the same midline naming glands. In this episode I put them on top of each other, and then I add the peptides.
I go center by center, all eight of them, and for each one I give you what the ancient text actually says, what the modern reading says, the gland that lives there, what shows up in women's health at that center, the peptides that run it with honest evidence strength, and then a practice: an affirmation, a meditation, a visualization, and three questions to sit with.
I promise you there is not another podcast episode on this. The idea came to me in a meditation.
If you want me to build this with you, my new one on one longevity program opens in September and the waitlist is live now. I am at capacity and my 1:1 consults are closed, so the waitlist is the only way in, and spots go first come first serve: https://biohackingbrittany.com/pages/waitlist
I also share what is changing behind the scenes: the September rebrand, the new program structure that my A4M peptide therapy certification confirmed for me, the planner, the deck I am designing, and the psychic reading that I am not ready to share yet.

Ovarian Longevity: Why Your Ovaries Age 15 Years Before The Rest Of You, AMH Truths, Cysts, PMOS, Endometriomas + The Sacral Chakra Nobody Told You About
Épisode 449
vendredi 21 août 2026 • Durée 01:04:03
You've probably heard that your ovaries age 2.5x times faster than the rest of your body. I went looking for that study. It does not exist.
In this episode I trace that number back to an uncited supplement company blog post, and then I give you the one that is real: ovarian aging shows up 15 to 20 years earlier than in any other tissue in your body. Your ovaries are not a fertility organ. They are the organ that sets the pace for your bones, your heart, your brain and how long you live.
This is the first episode built on my four pillars: Nourish, Stack, Live and Align. I also share what is changing behind the scenes, including my practice, my planner, and where this brand is going next.
The 2.5x ovarian aging myth and where it actually came from
Why the Stanford organ aging clocks never included an ovary
Senescence and fibrosis: it is not that the seeds run out, it is that the soil goes hard
Why less than 2 percent of venture funding goes to women's health, and 90 percent of that goes to fertility
Your full lab panel: AMH by age, antral follicle count, day 3 FSH and estradiol
Why AMH does not predict whether you will get pregnant this month
The birth control trap: if you are on hormonal contraception your AMH is wrong by 14 to 55 percent
PMOS and why a high AMH is not extra time
Cysts: functional, hemorrhagic, dermoids, and why the pill does not shrink one you already have
Endometriomas, and what cystectomy actually costs your ovarian reserve
Premature ovarian insufficiency, the 2024 criteria change, and why POI is not early menopause
What the food research does and does not support
CoQ10, melatonin, inositol, DHEA, vitamin D, NMN and omega 3, ranked by real human evidence

My Personal Peptide Stack and Why I'm Taking a Break: BPC-157, TB-500, Microdosing Retatrutide, AOD-9604, GHK-Cu, NAD, Selank and Semax
Épisode 447
jeudi 6 août 2026 • Durée 48:50
I'm a biohacker with a peptide fridge, and right now I am injecting absolutely nothing. That is probably not what you expected me to say. The internet makes it look like the goal is more compounds, stacked higher, forever. It is not. The goal is to use the right tool for a specific window, then come off it.
In this solo episode I open my actual fridge. I walk through every peptide I have run recently, the real dose, why it went in, why it came out, and why I am on a full break right now. I cover my injury repair pair BPC-157 and TB-500, my body composition experiments with AOD-9604 and a Retatrutide microdose, my beauty and longevity layer with GHK-Cu and NAD nasal spray, and my brain and mood pair Selank and Semax. Then I explain why I am cycled off everything, and how to build your own stack for a female body instead of copying mine.
This is my personal experience for education, not medical advice, and peptides are provider territory. If you want me to help you build and sequence your own stack around your goals and your labs, you can book a free call here.

Peptides Just Got National Validation: Inside the Landmark FDA Vote on BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, MOTS-c, DSIP, Epitalon + Semax
Épisode 446
vendredi 24 juillet 2026 • Durée 40:59
This is a landmark day for peptides! I recorded this at 6 AM the morning between day one and day two of the FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee (PCAC) meeting, and I'm breaking down exactly what happened, why it matters, and what it means for you depending on where you live.
On day one, the committee voted YES on all four peptides they reviewed: BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, and MOTS-c. This went against the FDA scientists' own recommendation. There was an audible gasp in the room. Today they're voting on DSIP, Epitalon, and Semax, and I expect all three to pass too.
If you'd like to work with me one-on-one, you can book a free call here.

Optimize your Blood Sugar: Belly Fat, Prediabetes, Peptides, Type 3 & 4 Diabetes, Insulin Resistance, CGMs, Inositol and GLP-1's | Her Stack Series
Épisode 445
vendredi 17 juillet 2026 • Durée 01:45:51
Blood sugar is the master dial. If your energy crashes at 3pm, if the cravings run you, if the belly weight will not move no matter how clean you eat, this is not a willpower problem. It is a blood sugar problem, and it is fixable.
In this episode I break down blood sugar for women from the ground up: what glucose and insulin actually do, the six levers that throw them off, the full diabetes spectrum from prediabetes through Types 1 to 4 (including the lean, skinny fat Type 4 that surprised me), and the exact labs and CGMs to run. Then I give you my full stack across four pillars: nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, and peptides.
I also get into how the GLP-1s and the growth hormone peptides move your blood sugar in opposite directions, PMOS (the newly renamed condition you have known as PCOS) where insulin is the real root, and how to actually get a CGM here in Canada now that the US apps like Levels do not ship north of the border. If you want me to build this protocol with you, you can book a free call here.

How to Glow Up in 8 Weeks: Supplements, Collagen, Biohacks and Peptides (GHK-Cu, Retatrutide, MOTS-c, AOD 9604) | Her Stack Series
Épisode 444
samedi 11 juillet 2026 • Durée 01:20:46
You have a wedding, a vacation, a babymoon, a reunion, or a big shoot in about two months, and you want to walk in glowing. In this episode I give you my full 8 week glow up protocol, the same one I build for my one on one clients, and it is all from the inside out.
I break down what glow actually is on a physiological level: collagen, glycation, inflammation and puffiness, gut health, circulation and lymph, and body composition. Then I walk you through the labs to run, my three pillars of nutrition, lifestyle, and supplements, and the peptides I reach for when a client wants skin, hair, tan, and fat loss support. I close with budget tiers so you can start whether you have $100 or $5,000 a month.
If you want me to build this protocol with you, work with me one on one for peptides, hormones, longevity, and a full lab review.

Épisode 442
vendredi 3 juillet 2026 • Durée 53:12
In this episode, I'm giving you the full sleep protocol I built for myself and for the women I work with. Not just how to sleep longer, but how to make the hours you actually get deeper, more restorative, and more efficient. Even if you have a kid in your bed. Even if you are perimenopausal and running hot. Even if you have been broken for years.
I share the exact protein-before-bed hack that ended my 3 AM wake-ups, the caffeine half-life math (why your 2 PM coffee is still in your system at 10 PM), why I do not recommend melatonin for most women, the 3 sleep peptides I trust the most (DSIP, Epitalon, Selank), and the fringe biohacks that actually move the needle.
