In this episode of The Coven of Awesomeness Podcast, we're starting with Witchy Wisdom. From early sculptures of magical goddesses to anti-witch propaganda in early mass media right up to modern day witches in artwork of every persuasion, we're digging into all of it. Plus we share our favorite witchy artwork and talking about artwork as witchcraft as well.

Welcome back to the Coven of Awesomeness! This week we're considering crime and living to 200 years old in our Witchy Would You Rather questions.

We've decided to do a new series on Goddesses of the world. Technically, we started with Brighid last month, but we're kicking off the official series with a goddess who is synonymous with witchcraft - Hecate. We learned all sorts of cool stuff about Hecate, from her correspondences to the best ways to work with or honour her. Louise has also decided to attribute a star sign to each of the goddesses, so this should be interesting!

We end, as always, with awesomeness. Renee has been feeling the stirrings of spring after a long winter, and Louise is continuing her Treat Yo Self time with some delicious sushi.

It's the 29th of February! That magical day that only comes around once every 4 years. Since this is our first leap year since starting the podcast, we decided to do an episode on leap year magick.
