Danielle’s 10-year acne struggle (including three failed rounds of accutane) is what led her to leave the corporate world and apply her background in biology to solving acne for others. Danielle took a leap of faith and decided to completely change industries; she dove into clinical research and went back to school to find the missing information for herself, earning her license as a clinical esthetician and acne specialist. She is now known as The Acne Guru™. She learned that acne has multiple triggers that operate in tandem and that thoroughly evaluating each case in a holistic way – both internally and externally – is the only way to help truly manage skin. She has developed a system to help identify hidden acne triggers that are missed by modern dermatologists and has helped thousands of people clear their skin and get their lives back- without resorting to toxic medications.
