Having spent years in various restaurants across the UK, USA and Australia, Ben made the leap to food media - Working at MOB kitchen for a while and now hosting dinners, writing recipes or putting together his amazing Substack - How I cook - which is a weekly newsletter he explains as ‘A chef’s guide to really good home cooking’.

Alex Beausire is the co-founder and creative director of These Days Drinks - A drinks brand bringing classical aperitivo into the 21st century. Ruby Hughes born in London, started Sshepaints in an effort for us to connect during the Pandemic. Painting memories of Aperols and pizza in the sun, to cups of coffee and afternoon chatter. They were love notes of what we used to have. Often posting them straight to the customers friend or family member. 'I felt like cupid'. Fast forward to now she is still painting our memories of pasta sauce, glasses of wine and the beauty in everyday life. The ethos behind Sshepaints is - 'Anyone can paint'. Lucy Hitchcock is an entrepreneur, marketeer, wine-enthusiast, and founder of Sassy Digital and Partner in Wine. She started Partner in Wine during lockdown, after a disappointingly warm glass of wine in the park, and soon after had a TikTok she created go viral which totally changed her business overnight. She’s now stocked in Selfridges, and Liberty London, has collaborated with Waitrose, Aldi, Maison Mirabeau, Doughnut Time, Glossybox, Candy Kittens and many more. Lucy continues to use her TikTok to make wine drinking more accessible and fun for the everyday wine drinker, and was recently named on the Natwest x The Telegraph ‘100 female entrepreneurs to watch’ list.
