Today I revisit one of my favourite topics - essential oils! As many of you know, I work with doTERRA essential oils and natural health products and absolutely LOVE the company and what it provides and stands for. Ensuring your essential oils are 100% pure and safe is of the utmost importance! Here are the FIVE ways you can bring essential oils into your home;
- Cleaning - replace chemical and toxic products with DIY cleaners & essential oils or with doTERRA's natural pre-made options
- Laundry - doTERRA's Abode line has laundry pods, add your favourite oil to your wool dryer balls
- Body - your skin is the largest organ of your body, be mindful of what you put on it! Add EO's to your skincare routine, haircare routine, or try doTERA's natural skin & haircare lines
- Air - diffusing oils can help detoxify the air in your home and provides an amazing substitute to toxic chemicals in candles/scentsys you may have in your home currently
