In this solo episode I talk about shadow work. In my experience, this work can be quite transformational  but it takes being honest with ourselves. The plus side of shadow work is that you can begin to see where you are placing limits on yourself unconsciously.

I provide 2 practical ways you can start to do shadow work yourself. Whether you are new to shadow work or not, they are good practices to have as you embrace your self-growth. 

If you want to create a more solid foundation in yourself and ways in which you interact with the world, shadow work should be something to look at!

Each profile line combination has a balance of energies to maintain so there can be some tension or struggle sometimes as we navigate how we move through our lives - but to me, that is all part of the fun now!
