This week's special guest, CCAA baseball coach of the year Tony Schifano, has used his passion for baseball as a classroom for life. He doesn't attribute his success as a player or coach to being the biggest or the best, but to consistency, doing the best he can, and always showing up. His stories have inspired many young athletes, and he was recently awarded the coveted coach of the year award as a token of what can be accomplished when we stay focused through the hard times as well as the good.
