5. Eau De Vag: Decoding Vulvar & Vaginal Odor
Season 1 · Episode 5
mercredi 28 mai 2025 • Duration 21:46
In this no-holds-barred episode of Labia Logic, Doctors Ashley Fuller and Meredith McClure tackle a topic that's been unfairly shrouded in shame and scented sprays: vaginal and vulvar odor.
That's right—we're going nose-first into the world of what's normal, what's not, and why your body's natural aroma isn't something to be Febreezed into submission. From the ebb and flow of hormonal changes to the nuances of bacterial vaginosis, our hosts peel back the layers (metaphorically, don't panic) on what really causes vaginal odor—and why it's high time we stopped whispering about it.
With their signature mix of science, sass, and zero shame, Ashley and Meredith explore how menstruation, menopause, and even your post-spin class sweat can influence your scent. They remind us that knowing your own body is a radical act of self-care—and that sometimes, a trip to the doctor is the best accessory to your pH balance.

3. Bare, Bush, or In-Between: The Art of Vulvar Hair Care and Hygiene
Season 1 · Episode 3
mercredi 30 avril 2025 • Duration 17:26
In this episode of Labia Logic, hosts Dr. Ashley Fuller and Dr. Meredith McClure tackle the hairy topic we've all been too shy to ask our gynecologist (or stylist?) about: vulvar haircare.
From the timeless debate of bush vs. bare to the wild world of grooming trends, they're here to talk cultural norms, myths, and realities of pubic hair. Good news: doctors aren't judging your landscape choices.
They also explain why pubic hair exists (hint: it's not just for decoration) and how to navigate the sometimes-itchy aftermath of shaving. Did you know trimming is a fan-favorite among gynecologists?
You'll learn how to keep the peace with your skin, and how aging might give your down-there hair a personality of its own. From our lips to yours, listen, subscribe, and share!

Season 1 · Episode 2
mercredi 16 avril 2025 • Duration 32:19
In this episode of Labia Logic, Dr. Ashley Fuller and Dr. Meredith McClure are playing tour guide to take us through the landscape of the labia. First stop: the vulva — because let's be honest, most of us didn't get the full anatomy lesson in health class.
From labia majora to the mysterious vestibule (it's not a fancy lobby, we promise — or is it?), the doctors cover it all with humor and a healthy dose of real talk. Guess what…the hymen is not a magical barrier of purity, and knowing your vulva is the ultimate act of self-care.
In this episode, Ashley and Meredith talk about why words matter, how hormones influence vulvar health, and the importance of ditching the shame that often comes with discussing our own bodies.
They're here to normalize self-examination, celebrate body literacy, and maybe even inspire a mirror moment.
You'll laugh a little, and walk away knowing your perineum from your clitoris — because knowledge is power, and empowered vulvas are happy vulvas.

17. The Discharge Chronicles: The Usual Suspects
Season 1 · Episode 17
mercredi 5 novembre 2025 • Duration 38:11
Ever wondered why that mysterious discharge keeps showing up like an uninvited guest? Or why your yeast infection seems to have more comebacks than a '90s boy band?
In this laugh-out-loud yet educational episode of Labia Logic, Dr. Ashley Fuller and Dr. Meredith McClure dive deep into the underworld of vaginitis, the usual suspects of yeast and bacterial vaginosis (BV). With humor, honesty, and a dash of microbiology geekery, they tackle the uncomfortable questions we all secretly want to ask.
From "cottage cheese discharge" to the "fishy" aroma of BV, Ashley and Meredith explain the symptoms, causes, and most common misunderstandings about vaginal health. They share the not-so-sexy truth about what's happening when your microbiome is off-balance, why treating without testing can make things worse, and how certain meds (looking at you, Jardiance) can turn your vagina into a yeast playground.
Along the way, they reveal their favorite tools of the trade, like microscopes for spotting budding yeast, saline slides and KOH preps for quick in-office diagnoses. And they take on myths about sexually transmitted infections and pap smear "surprises."
