Melissa walks through the role of the unconscious mind in storing memories, suppressing overwhelming emotions for survival and then resurfacing them as triggers when we are finally safe enough to heal. Instead of endlessly rehashing the past in talk therapy, she explains how Timeline Therapy uses the unconscious mind to access root causes, release anger, sadness, fear, guilt, shame and more, and create space for genuine peace, clarity and aligned action. This is a grounded look at emotional healing, anxiety, chronic stress and spiritual hygiene for people who are done with surface level fixes and want tools that actually help.
