In this episode I'm getting into something that's been living in my chest for a while — the job security myth is officially on its death bed, and the only real security left is knowing how to turn who you are into income that belongs to you. 

I break down why updating your resume won't fix an identity crisis, what's actually keeping brilliant women stuck, and the three questions to ask before you send one more application.

3 questions to get clear on right now:

1. What do you actually own? Separate your gifts, your way of seeing, your specific genius — from the container your employer gave them.
2. What problem are you excited to solve that people will pay for — outside of your current structure? Stop asking what you should do. Ask what happens when people are in your world.
3. Where is the identity gap? Has your work caught up with who you've become — or are you still trying to fit into something two sizes too small?

• What would complete surrender to your new path look like?
• Are you making decisions from abundance or scarcity?
