We are in the midst of recognizing that our whole reality is fabricated on an illusion. On a sense of it being real - but it's not. And it's not that this reality is unreal, but what I'm trying to bring awareness to is to invite you to really unravel everything that you BELIEVE to be true about your reality… and to really question that.

I've been studying a lot recently about where this current program or reality we have been living in, (in terms of the very limited view that we have on ourselves and our reality) and where did it come from? How do we not believe that we are infinite. Or we don’t believe that we are creators, when in reality we can create anything really because we come from the source of creation itself.

We love you.

Have you ever had that feeling where the picture outside, being reality or life, changes, but it still feels somewhat the same? So the holograph is changed, but the sensation and emotions still remain?

That's the loop of the conditionings and that's what creates this sense of ,“I'm in this world” and “I'm having these experiences” and "these thoughts are me”, “this body is me”.

It's so apparent that the reality that this collective consciousness, called humanity, has been living in is in that very limited version of reality…of what is “believed” to be true. The layers upon layers of life and traumas and imprints we have received over the decades make our personality and experiences.

Dissolving this sense of “a ME” is going to feel really uncomfortable.  But it's also so beautifully necessary if we want a different reality….If we want a different experience from the one that we've been having over and over and over again.

Kelly shares some insight into this awareness of our evolution to become conscious of this shift within.

Life will continue to push you to shift and grow and change.

When we face the dark shadows that are within our core, we bring light into these suffering, egoic, childhood traumas to FINALLY grow from all we hold onto.

This is a message of honesty, exploration and a reality shift into our truth….a true epiphany of where we need to be.

As we are witnessing our triggers of ups and downs, of joys and then, true suffering, and bringing more awareness into our lives, the protective layers keep getting pulled off and removed again and again and again until we expose our core of truth.

As we remove layers, our lives become more of expansive and we are able to see our truths with confidence and incredible self-love and compassion.

I had a dream last night that exposed another layer to question, and alchemize into my energy field. It was ‘betrayal’. As much as I saw other people that had betrayed me throughout my life, I saw how I had betrayed myself.

What are we being shown to look at within our self? What do we need to acknowledge to finally let go of? What form of suffering (we have many excuses) is no longer serving us?

The time is now to honour our true love for our blessed self.

Only a couple days before Christmas and we wanted to check in and say 'hi'!

We know that the world is feeling more and more uncertain, stressful, and anxiety provoking. It's ok, you're not alone. Remember to take time for yourself, to breathe, to be in nature, to surround yourself with positive, uplifting people.

We are so delighted to share that our first cookbook, Made with Love is back after an almost 2 year hiatus! This time, it's a self published, beautiful hardcover book filled with over 100 plant-based recipes for the sweet and savory moments in life. 

We had a very challenging road to walk from June 2020 to where we are today in December 2021 (more to share on that in the new year) and we are just truly grateful to those who have stood by us with so much love and kindness.

Is it true? Are we really being “forced” to do certain things in society right now? Or are we just choosing to comply? Are we just choosing to go along The narrative?
