A topic I find that comes up more and more these days, is the challenge of making friends as an adult. Since I'm a huge advocate for cultivating community and creating connections, I wanted to share 3 of my best tips for getting out there and building new friendships! Especially if you’re an entrepreneur, you’ll know how isolating and difficult it can be, so I hope these ideas remind you that it’s possible and maybe even easier than you think! In this episode I’ll touch on:

• Why fitness communities are a great place to start for finding like-minded friends.
• You have to put in the work and effort to get there, but it’s worth it!
• There is so much variety when it comes to in-person events, from types, to sizes and more!
• It’s okay to change who you want in your circle as you evolve.
• The secret to building IRL friendships from social media.

Being a multi-faceted entrepreneur with some lofty goals can become overwhelming, but I’ve realized I can’t do it alone or without making some real changes or investments in particular ways. Some of these items are completely brand new to me and I am excited to bring you along for the beginning of this journey! Hopefully it can provide you with some ideas you might want to adopt yourself! Let’s dive into:

• Mindset coaches and committing to the extra work that comes with investing yourself into something.
• Different kinds of mediations and habit-stacking them into your routine so they’ll stick.
|• The power you have to change the energy that you sit in throughout your day.
• The multiple benefits of intentional outdoor walking.
• Creating space and changing your schedule for your passions and projects, especially if you’re a people pleaser.
• How you show up differently when you invest into expansive rooms or events.

Today I wanted to chat with you all about the value and possibilities that can come from outsourcing! I’ll dive into what this looks like for myself on a personal and professional level, and hopefully provide you with some inspiration for where you might be able to implement and navigate doing this in your own life. Time to spend more of life pouring back into yourself, and outsourcing can be an avenue for that! Let’s dive in!

• Why as a personal trainer, I choose to have my own personal trainer and can’t recommend it enough.

• Spending money to make money can be scary, but rewarding and a great energy exchange when you can reframe your mind on it.

My (Current) Morning Routine

I have always been inspired and intrigued by hearing about the morning routines of other entrepreneurs and  business owners I know, follow and love, so I thought I would share my own current morning routine with you! As I take steps into growth and develop personal goals, I find how I dial into my routine and allocate time for particular things become increasingly more important in achieving those other items down the line, especially when it comes to energy! How I Design My Events
