Alexandra speaks with Jeremy Lee. Born into a family of food lovers in Dundee, Scotland, Jeremy moved to London in the 80’s during an exciting period for British cuisine, cooking with the likes of Simon Hopkinson and Alistair Little. After serving as head chef at Blueprint Café for 18 years, Jeremy took over at Soho’s Quo Vadis in 2012, where he continues to serve his iconic smoked eel sandwiches. He was a finalist in BBC Two’s Great British Menu in 2007 and co-presented the Channel 4 programme Could You Eat an Elephant? with Fergus Henderson.

Alexandra speaks with Bryn Williams. Hailing from Denbigh in North Wales, Bryn learnt to appreciate food and its origins from an early age. He has worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens in London. He has worked under Marco Pierre White at The Criterion, Michel Roux at Le Gavroche for three years, he was senior-sous at The Orrery for four years. Bryn is now the Chef Patron of Odette's, taking over the property in October 2008. Bryn also is at Porth Eirias, a beach-front Restaurant, Café & Bar on the North Wales Coast. Bryn has also recently opened at Somerset House, on The Strand, London.

Alexandra speaks with Henrietta Inman. After graduating from university and having always loved to cook, Hen decided she wanted to become a pastry chef. A year spent in Italy and France inspired her to enroll at catering college. She trained as an apprentice at the Lanesborough hotel, and then went onto working at the Michelin-starred italian restaurant, Apsley's. After five years of working in award-winning London kitchens, Hen moved back to Suffolk, to start her own business, having a stall at local farmers' markets, making bespoke celebration cakes, catering for events and teaching. Henrietta's journey has led her to Stoney Street, her restaurant in Borough Market.
