In this episode Angela Saieva and Nica Quinn join us again! This is one of my favourite episodes so far. Nica and Angela bring their innate philosophical natures forward in this beautiful discussion between friends.

We cover how they both feel about riding today, why they both believe they are here on Earth, being a straight up compassionate human, and what sovereignty means moving forward into the new paradigm with horses.

In this solocast episode I share my thoughts on one of, if not THE, most important aspect of healing – Safety. Developing safety in our system is a profound bridge between the choice to heal and the reality of it happening.

The same is true for our relationship with our horses. Horses require safety to thrive, they require safety to share their messages and for their messages to be heard we must become a safe place to receive.

In this solocast I share some of the musings and insights I have been sitting with over the past few months in relation to the Herd, my own sense of self, and life in general. As ever, the Herd are my greatest teachers - Laila has been showing me the rewards of showing up in devotion even when triggers are afoot. I touch on the theme of Culture vs Conditioning and how slowing down really is the purest form of medicine!!

I'll be taking a break to give myself space to rest deeper into winter as she wraps herself around the us here in England.

Damian Hallam, one of the top five dressage coaches in the UK, joins me in this episode to discuss some of his perspectives on having an ethical, energetic bond with horses whilst working in the competitive field of horsemanship. Damian shares openly about his feelings of searching for balance between heart and horse, moving away from the old conditioned terminologies, and the importance of finding softness through the body when riding and teaching.

Damian is the first person we have had on the podcast so far who is in the centre of the ridden Equine world. It was an honour to sit down and receive his open hearted insights on how he is choosing to do what he can to connect, be present, observe horses as the sentient beings they are in as loving a way as possible. In my opinion, his intentions are needed and offer a great support to the horses who are being ridden still.
