The podcast is in two distinct parts:

PART 1: 15-20 Talking about the process of making a film or tv show, an industry related topic/service and/or book/novel

PART 2: "3 FILMS THAT HAVE IMPACTED EVERYTHING IN YOUR ADULT LIFE" We like to keep it succinct here and so we have some jeopardy to this key portion of the show. We only talk about each of the three Films for five minutes - when the alarm goes off, we move onto the next film… This can be 3 films that hold the fondest, surprising, fascinating, career defining memories of the guest’s film watching life. It could be: the film that made the guest want to be a filmmaker/writer, the film that made them see the world differently, the film they snuck a watch of, the film they watched 150 with grandma… or maybe just their fave film.

NB Stuart Wright started THE BRITFLICKS PODCAST in June 2014. Back then it was a straight Q&A format. Over time the podcast evolved and experimented with formats that curated a list of movies (or advice) for each episode based on a specific theme, such as "5 Great Rom Coms" or "5 Great Script Development Tips," providing our listeners with a selection of films to add to their watchlist or techniques to improve their craft.
