The women showcased in this podcast have carved their own path in their unique brilliance shining their light for all to see. They're showing "how" we create the balance we yearn for, and there is no one answer.
We celebrate these trailblazers, pioneers, goddesses, entrepreneurs, and unique spirits as they're claiming what success can look like in a world that is hurting.

Gen-Z-enius
Season 3 · Episode 20
vendredi 13 septembre 2024 • Duration 38:54
Whether we like it or not, Gen Z is here to fuck some shit up...and we need it. These are some of the most brave, unique, unapologetic, and exquisite human beings. Their role in this space and time is clear - to radically object to what isn't working for the newer generations. We've been stagnant in our systems, our thinking - and it once served us. Now is the time to turn to the younger generations to meld what was and what is becoming.
Romanshika Singh grew up in Nepal and a career in marketing, media, onscreen personality wasn't a thing - she made it one. She loves to create, to be on camera, to create a desire marketing for what people actually need - but she also goes beyond that...she's understanding the data and analytics behind AI and the algorithms being well aware of the problem that we're facing today which involves important information being suppressed for those who need to see it. She's blazing the trail for women in media, Nepalese women in onscreen personality, and humanizing the algorithms so that we manage both sides - responsible reporting, but also, honoring what each individual finds to be important in their lives.
Find Romanshika on LinkedIn and Instagram, she loves to connect and to have conversations about the goings on of the world as a powerful Gen Z.

Creating Health Equity for Women
Season 3 · Episode 8
vendredi 21 juin 2024 • Duration 42:28
Kanwal Haq is on a mission, she is a medical anthropologist and brilliant researcher on a quest to bring true health equity to all women. Gone will be the days when women aren't believed by their healthcare provider by anchoring in the belief that knowledge is power. Kanwal's book, "Taking Care of You" is the go to for common conditions women are facing, the ones we don't learn about in school, the non-reproductive issues that are common killers that we don't know or hear about.
Kanwal and her team don't just dwell on what we don't know, she moves through to getting answers and to shift the narrative from the problem, to the solution - the action toward what we're doing about changing the healthcare system to be inclusive toward all humans, and she is rooted in facts and research within the scientific, but also the humanities community. A trained doula, she is focused on creating the best possible outcomes for women and to understand what is actually going on in our bodies.
Buy the book, "Taking Care of You" here - think of it as a women's healthcare guide or encyclopedia that includes both lived experience and of course research from experts. Visit the upcoming campaign of one million more women to share in the community of healthcare for women at https://onemilllionmorewomen.org. Find Kanwal Haq on LinkedIn or email at info@TCYwomen.org.

Cosmic B!tchslap
Season 3 · Episode 6
mercredi 12 juin 2024 • Duration 41:31
Jennifer Fiedler...mic drop. You'll know what I mean when you tune in - she has lived so many lives with one key element at her core (well, maybe 2), she has always trusted herself with everything she has and also trusts so innately to the divine that her path has unfolded gorgeously before her just as the way it was always intended. A consciousness coach, she guides people to awaken, when they're ready...to understand the divine, what it means to be awake, and how to navigate in the world that feels upside down.
Her book, Cosmic Bitchslap dives deep into what it is, how you know when it happens, and how to navigate it - ultimately, the bitchslap occurs when the universe opens our eyes to something we've never seen before. It can hurt, it can feel good, it can be scary, it can be welcome...it completely depends on each unique soul's journey.
And, from personal experience, it's fucking exquisite. Join me in exploring with this exquisite human and see our vibes unfold before us.
Find Jennifer at https://cosmicbitch-slap.com/ and buy the book! You can also find her on LinkedIn and Instagram @cosmicbtchslap.

Embracing Duality
Season 3 · Episode 4
mercredi 5 juin 2024 • Duration 38:21
Amanda Treppa loved her job AND she experienced workplace abuse. More than one thing can be true at once and we explore this notion to its depths during this episode showcasing our work in workplace psychological safety, and how we got here (as society, the abusers, the systems). Amanda fought back, embraced the duality, and embarked on the butterfly effect in every aspect of her life to see what was in store for her at her soul level.
While we are not grateful for the abuse, we are grateful for the invitations to explore ourselves deeper, to create new opportunities we never thought were possible, and we forgive. Through empathy and activism, Amanda is driving the Workplace Psychological Safety Act forward in not one but TWO states - Michigan and Connecticut.
Stay tuned to Amanda and her work in these two states as they will undoubtedly prevail in the coming year. Thank you for all that you do, and for sharing your story, Amanda.
Find her on LinkedIn and on Instagram @Treppaisnottrippin, especially if you live in Michigan or Connecticut, to join the state team for workplace psychological safety act.
