Are you ready to burn down the house?
Episode 236
jeudi 25 septembre 2025 • Duration 17:39
In this heartfelt solo episode of The Spiritual Cupcake Podcast, Candace explores what it really means to love through the mess. Relationships, much like our homes, aren’t meant to stay pristine and spotless. There will be clutter, laundry piles, and moments when you’re tempted to throw it all away — or “burn down the house.”
Candace shares a grounded and compassionate perspective on how our deepest wounds often get triggered in relationships, making us believe the other person is the problem. But in truth, these moments are reflections and invitations to tend to what’s within us. Instead of destroying the foundation, we can learn to clean up the mess, one piece at a time, with patience, presence, and grace.
This is a gentle reminder that life doesn’t need to be perfect, relationships don’t need to be spotless, and healing doesn’t happen all at once. Sometimes the greatest love is found in choosing not to burn it all down when things get messy.

Are you an imposter—or just not aligned yet?
Episode 235
jeudi 18 septembre 2025 • Duration 09:33
In this heartfelt solo episode of The Spiritual Cupcake Podcast, Candace explores the subtle but powerful difference between imposter syndrome and simply not being in energetic alignment yet. When stepping into new spaces, it’s natural to feel nervous or out of place—but that doesn’t always mean you’re an imposter. Sometimes, it’s just your soul preparing you for the next chapter.
Candace reflects on her belief of how true imposter syndrome stems from feelings of unworthiness, while energetic misalignment is about growing into spaces your soul already knows are meant for you. She reminds listeners that discomfort doesn’t mean you don’t belong—it’s often just a sign of expansion, and part of the natural feelings we all experience in everyday life. Here’s what you’ll hear in this episode:
✨ The difference between imposter syndrome and energetic misalignment
💛 Why feeling unworthy is not about ignoring the feeling putting yourself into the rooms anyways, it's a reminder to pause and look inward
🌿 The truth about belonging and worthiness—you’ve had them all along
🌟 A reminder that discomfort in new spaces doesn’t mean you don’t belong
