Hosting podcast Captivate
The Next 100 Days Podcast is a leading UK business show. Through this podcast, Kevin and Graham reveal strategies you can use to improve your business and take it to the next level. In addition to featuring their own advice, Kevin and Graham host amazing guests from across the business world. Often the guests are successful, but lesser-known business owners and entrepreneurs, enabling the show to bring fresh content and stand out from many of the US based business shows. Graham and Kevin believe that business change comes about when a business owner focusses on just one thing that will make a real difference to his business. That might be product development, a new product launch or a marketing campaign. Focussing for less than 100 days, or focussing on too many things generally won't deliver the results you need, Equally, its difficult to maintain effective focus for much longer than 100 days without re-assessing priorities. The Next 100 Days Podcast is your source to learn how to move your business forward, with practical advice and guidance that you can put into action and make a difference in your own organisation within the next 100 days.

This podcast will reveal a very astute businessman, a highly skilled dentist, and a great marketer to an affluent community! Fortunately for us, Dan is a way better dentist than the corrupt vote counters in Maricopa County - which is the part of Arizona covering Phoenix and Goodyear. At First, Dan Was a Reluctant Entrepreneur http://thenext100days.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Dr-Daniel-Wolter-Reluctant-Entrepreneur.mp4 Dan was lucky. #350 – Vedat Mizrahi – Fractional Art Investing

vendredi 25 novembre 2022Duration 46:43

Fractional Art Investing Vedat Mizrahi is a director of Mintus, fractional art investing experts. They help investors access the high end of the art market, by allowing for fractional ownership of artworks. Graham introduced this 350th episode by referencing other milestone episodes. Here's a quick link back to some of the guests we had on those milestone episodes: 50 - Dave Dee 100 - Jeremy Frandsen 150 - Nick Dimmock 200 - Dr Luba Balabova 250 - Arjun Sen 300 - Kevin & Graham  Well, that's then, and this is now. Mintus Vedat is the Chief Financial Officer of Mintus. So, prior to that, Vedat worked for a Swiss bank and was an angel investor in Mintus. No surprise, Mintus saw the potential in having Vedat join them. You'll see why as the podcast goes on. He's a very impressive chap! For more on Mintus, and to take advantage of Fractional Art Investing, visit Mintus.com. Vedat told us that Mintus was his 12th early-stage angel investment. He really liked the idea. And that's important because the more you discover about the potential of investing in the art market, and owning a fraction of specific high-end pieces of art, the better it looks! What Attracted You to Mintus as an Investor? http://thenext100days.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Vedat-Mizrahi-What-Attracted-You-to-Mintus.mp4 Before Mintus, most HNW Investors really didn't have a prayer of investing in high-end artworks, like is now possible with Andy Warhol and George Condo. You Were Previously Excluded http://thenext100days.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Vedat-Mizrahi-Previously-Excluded.mp4 Mintus focus on post-war contemporary art. They focus on 40 established artists. You'll have heard of Andy Warhol. And maybe even George Condo. See how those two artists have performed since 1986! How Does it Work? http://thenext100days.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Vedat-Mizrahi-How-it-Works.mp4 The 'investment horizon' is 7 years. 80% of the art market is priced in dollars. That is why the costs are presented in dollars. Less Volatility at Higher Price Points http://thenext100days.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Vedat-Mizrahi-Volatility.mp4 Kevin wanted to hang the Warhol in his Northumberland home for a week, to reflect his investment! You have to laugh. Instead, Mintus will send share certificates to those that own part of the artwork. Processes Mintus draw in art experts and pour over lots of data to filter the best target returns of 15-20% returns. http://thenext100days.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Vedat-Mizrahi-Processes-at-Mintus.mp4 Why Choose Mintus? http://thenext100days.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Vedat-Mizrahi-Why-Mintus.mp4 Vedat Provides This Testimonial for The Next 100 Days Podcast http://thenext100days.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Vedat-Mizrahi-Testimonial.mp4     The Next 100 Days co-hosts… Graham Arrowsmith Graham runs Finely Fettled to help organisations that want to market to affluent and high-net-worth customers.  He also runs Meet Professionals which is being offered to financial advice groups as a white-labelled lead generation and conversion system.
