From People Pleasing to True Authenticity #334
Season 6 · Episode 334
vendredi 6 septembre 2024 • Duration 36:36
Have you ever felt like you were living someone else’s life? Like you were following a script written by society, your family, or even your past self? I used to feel that way, too. Deep down, I knew I could be a happy, fulfilled person. But I felt like that amazing person was paralyzed inside me.

You Can’t Change Your Life Without These 2 Things #333
Season 6 · Episode 333
mardi 3 septembre 2024 • Duration 11:59
Here's a story about a 62-year-old client of mine.
Lisa joined my 20-week superpower mastermind program to heal and change her life. Her peers usually think it's too late to begin anything new at their age, let alone chase their dreams. But Lisa decided to try.
However, right at the beginning, she hit a massive roadblock: technology. I know this seems simple to you and me, but she wasn't very tech-savvy, and even logging into the program was a real challenge for her.
She was so frustrated that she almost quit right then and there.
But it was also the turning point: she could have given up, but instead, Lisa pushed through. I spent almost an hour guiding her step by step until she could navigate the system on her own.
Now, why am I sharing this with you? Because this is not just a story about how the elderly can learn how to use technology – it's also about proving to herself that she can overcome any obstacle, no matter how big or small.
All she needed were two things that we all need if we want to reach our goals, make our dreams come true, or succeed in any area of life. Curious about what those two things are?
Join me and find out in this episode!
Tune in now.
Key Takeaways:
- Intro (00:00)
- Be your own best friend (01:25)
- Lisa's story (05:11)
- Patience – a critical skill (09:42)
- Keep going despite challenges (10:37)

Take True Ownership of Your Life Today #231
Season 6 · Episode 231
mardi 19 septembre 2023 • Duration 47:57
Ever wonder how a glow stick lights up? It's simple: you break it. Life is similar in many ways. Sometimes, it feels like the weight of toxic relationships, adversities, and past traumas cracks us open. We often say, "I'm broken because of that," or "I'm messed up because of that person."
Believe me, I've been there. I blamed my ex-fiancee because she didn't love me. I thought, "It was her fault," and "She did this to me." I even blamed her for the fact that we didn't get married, pointing fingers at her for the pain she caused and for my personal setbacks.
But after a while, I realized that this blame game kept me stuck in a never-ending cycle. So here's a wake-up call: Stop pointing fingers. Start directing your energy towards the future - your future. And move past the role of a victim.
Stand up, kick open that pilot's cabin, and declare, "It's my turn to steer my life." Because, in the end, it's not about who's to blame. It's about who's taking charge, and that person should be you.
Why stay grounded when you can soar? Why dwell on the past when you can shape the future?
Maybe you need guidance. Imagine joining my team and me as we push you, reminding you of your worth. I won't lie - sometimes I'm loud. At times, it might feel like I'm shouting. But that's because, occasionally, we all need someone to shake us up and remind us of our strength.
Tune in to this week's episode, and let's discuss healing the past, taking charge, aligning with your purpose, speaking your truth, and embracing your authentic self.
Take this leap as your initial step towards the life you've always envisioned. Because just like a glow stick, when we break, we often shine even brighter.
Let’s dive in!
Key Takeaways:
- Intro (00:00)
- Let us help you (02:58)
- Why don't people support us when we grow? (04:06)
- Taking ownership of your future (07:15)
- You can't run away from your pain (17:20)
- Rejection is a blessing from God (22:25)
- Stop trying to fit in and start standing out (29:46)
- Disconnect yourself from anything that disturbs your peace (36:19)
- Never give up on yourself (41:23)

How to Find Your Purpose in 2023 #230
Season 6 · Episode 230
vendredi 15 septembre 2023 • Duration 53:45
As you scroll through TikTok and Instagram, beyond the dance trends, cooking tips, and cute pet videos, you've likely come across motivational affirmations about self-worth, strength, and dreams. (Perhaps that's how you found the Luke Mind Power podcast too.)
There's a lot of talk about manifestation, with many saying, "Dream it, and it'll happen." But dreaming isn't enough. Think of manifesting your goals like building a detailed LEGO model. Rather than just wishing for "a house," visualize specific details.
Remember what Earl Nightingale said: "You become what you think about." So, if you consistently imagine that perfect reading nook or rooftop garden, it might just become a reality.
The real challenge here is persistence. Think of it like keeping a plant alive. A splash of water here and there isn’t enough. You need to be consistent and patient, even if it looks a bit droopy at times. (Sometimes, I just love speaking in metaphors.)
Anyway, achieving your dreams means staying committed, no matter the obstacles.
Now, you might be wondering why all the talk about manifesting. Here's the thing: making dreams come true boils down to being aware of what you want and not giving up.
Seriously, just think about all the great motivational speakers you’ve heard so far - if you want to summarize all their messages and teachings into one simple thing, it would be this: identify your dream and chase it until you achieve it.
Here's a little soul-searching exercise. Ask yourself:
What do I love?
What is my purpose?
Why am I here?
Is the environment that I'm surrounded by healthy?
Does my workspace and the people I work with uplift me?
Does my family anchor my dreams or play the part of naysayers?
Reflect on these, and the answers might just guide you closer to your goals.
If you want to learn more about finding your purpose and manifesting even the wildest dreams, tune in for this week's episode because I'm unpacking it all (and a few more things) for you!
Let’s dive in!

How I Overcame Decades of Self-Doubt & Stopped Trying to Fit In #229
Season 6 · Episode 229
mardi 12 septembre 2023 • Duration 48:59
I used to be very quiet. Growing up, emotions would hit me like a hurricane. My face would turn red, my heart would race, and my hands, well, they'd shake as if I'd had ten cups of coffee. I’d be drowning in my own sweat. All of this from the tender age of 12 till I was 33. What sparked these reactions? My physical appearance.
We live in a world where being different feels like a curse. Everyone's supposed to look a certain way act a certain way, and any deviation from the norm is met with criticism. Society's idea of 'fitting in' got its claws in me big time.
People had a lot to say about how I looked. From friends to family, it seemed like everyone had an opinion: "Eat more," "Bulk up," "You look too skinny." These comments weren't just annoying - they scarred me. Over time, I became hyper-aware of every little thing about me. Mirrors became my enemy. I'd obsessively check my reflection, always wondering if I was 'good enough.'
This need to conform ate away at my confidence. I compared myself to everyone around me. Instead of celebrating my uniqueness, I felt like I had to hide it. I was quiet, reserved, and, some might say, introverted. Those voices - those external judgments - made me retreat into my shell.
My insecurities were so deep-rooted that I fell into a drug spiral. Yep, I experimented with various drugs: ecstasy, MDMA, ketamine (a horse tranquilizer), cocaine, marijuana... The feeling of being trapped, lost, and desperate to fit in became a never-ending loop in my life.
But from that mess, something clicked. All those years of battling with my image made me realize how crucial it is to love ourselves. It's not about big biceps, ripped abs, or whatever. It's about looking in the mirror and being proud of what you see.
That’s why I’m sharing this now and why I am so fiercely passionate. For so many years, I wrestled with these demons, and now, I want to help others find their voice, embrace their uniqueness, and, above all, love themselves.
So, if you've been where I've been, feeling down on yourself, trying to meet some weird standard, Join me for this episode, and let me help you love the heck out of yourself!
Tune in now!
Key Takeaways:
- Enjoy your own company (00:00)
- Give me some love (02:41)

You Know You're Growing When You Start Feeling Guilty For Doing What's Right For You #228
Season 6 · Episode 228
vendredi 8 septembre 2023 • Duration 50:52
Ever heard Grant Cardone's take on why he owns a private jet? Man, it got me thinking. It's not just about flexing with a jet. It's about what that jet represents – the responsibility, the obligations. When you have that jet, it means you gotta fuel it, service it… and that isn't cheap.
But it's also about efficiency and convenience, especially when you're at the top of your game. You see, when every second counts, sometimes you delegate stuff – like cooking. Not because you can't or won't, but because your time's a valuable currency.
Owning things like that jet is a daily reminder to keep pushing, leveling up, and continually striving for more.
Big responsibilities mean you’ve got to stay on track. And that also means no time for guilt trips. That's why you're able to set healthy boundaries. That's why you stop feeling guilty when you put yourself first.
Like my client, Gudrun, said in our recent coaching session, "When you feel guilty for doing what's right for you, you're growing." Man, shoutout to Gudrun! Such wisdom there.
Nowadays, there's just too much on my plate; feeling guilty about doing what's right for me doesn't even fit in my schedule. If people can't understand my choices, that's cool. They can label, judge, whatever. The right people will always stick around.
Your job isn't to please others or to fit into their expectations. It's to be your true, authentic self. And as you move forward, you gain this unshakable confidence. You make choices not out of guilt but from conviction.
If you want to learn more about how to stay focused on your purpose and stop people-pleasing, tune in for this episode. I also dive into other hot topics such as:
choosing growth over fear
the importance of self-love
why you must be careful about who you surround yourself with
the power of energy and how contagious it is
why you should stop comparing yourself to others.
Key Takeaways:
- Intro (00:00)
- The hard part about coming back to my old house (01:41)
- The more things you invest in, the more you have to level up (14:08)
- You will never lose the right people (17:40)
- Seeing synchronicities all the time (21:13)
- Being uncomfortable is part of your success (30:17)
- Why physical connection is so powerful? (35:44)
- Don’t judge - be inspired (40:57)
- Luke’s live events (44:59)

How to Take Action and Overcome Your Fears - Live Event at Heat Fitness Retreat Sydney Australia #227
Season 6 · Episode 227
mardi 5 septembre 2023 • Duration 01:04:06
In March 2018, I was in a tough spot, grappling with the loss of my grandma and deeply tied to my Polish roots.
Back then, I was living in Erskineville and had become the go-to guy for cocaine. It was more than just a party drug; it filled a void, giving me a sense of ease and a confidence boost I couldn't find on my own.
Mixed with alcohol, it became my crutch, numbing my anxiety and fueling a reckless disregard for the consequences. This cocktail made me feel the way I always longed to feel naturally: confident, whole, and content.
Fast forward to today, and things are a world apart. So, how did I break this cycle? How did I move past an environment filled with bullying and name-calling, and shake the feeling that I was eternally unlovable?
The journey wasn't a straight path. It involved deep introspection, a pursuit of self-love, and the acknowledgment that, although we can always improve, we're already perfect just as we are.
This was the topic of my live event at the Heat Fitness Retreat in Sydney, Australia. If you're curious to hear more, tune in to this week's episode where I delve into my personal struggles with self-doubt and how I managed to turn my life around.
Join me, and let's learn how to stop being our own worst enemies and start living our best lives.
Let’s dive in!

- Rejection is god's redirection (01:49)

Check Yourself Before You Wreck Yourself #226
Season 6 · Episode 226
vendredi 1 septembre 2023 • Duration 41:02
Look, don't get me wrong, I love my family. But being back at my parents' house has just reinforced something for me - love doesn't mean I need to be around them 24/7.
I can feel it in my bones that I need my own space, my own environment that helps me vibe high and keeps me pushing towards my goals. It's not about running away from them; it's about running toward what makes me whole.
And I'm not alone in feeling this way. Sometimes, we're led to believe that family should be our everything, but that's not how it works for everyone. I appreciate the moments when we're together, but my life's got other aspects that I can't ignore.
Whether it's my career or just my own peace and quiet, I need that separation. After a few days back home, it's like my entire being starts screaming for the life I've built independently.
So here it is, plain and simple. You weren't born to be unhappy or stuck in a wrong environment or any bad relationship. No way. If your life's off track and you're saying, "Well, this is just how it goes," you're fooling yourself.
Hit hard, Ice Cube's words, ‘Check yourself before you wreck yourself’. If you're not happy, you're on a path to wrecking yourself.
Being back at my parents' place? It's been a reality check. I'm more aware than ever that this isn't where I should be long-term. It's not the vibe or the energy that I need to succeed. This doesn't make me love them any less; it just helps me love myself more.
Tune in for this week's episode to learn more. I’ll talk about believing in yourself, why you need to 'check yourself before you wreck yourself,' and being aware of your own BS.
Plus, hear about my live events, where you'll be surrounded and supported by people focused on personal growth.
Let’s dive in!
Key Takeaways:
- My purpose is not to dictate your life (00:00)
- Go above and beyond people's expectations (02:18)
- Your network is your net worth (08:57)
- Experience positive surroundings at my live events (19:52)
- The wound is where the light enters (24:30)
- No one has to love you (31:11)
- Nothing grows in your comfort zone (36:52)

Season 6 · Episode 225
mardi 29 août 2023 • Duration 31:28
A few years back, I hit a "light bulb" moment. I was the go-to guy, Luke, always ready for a call, a hangout, or just about any plan - always available, always saying 'yes'. It felt like I was stuck in this loop of saying yes to everything and being there for everyone all the time.
But somewhere along the way, I lost track of me. I was so wrapped up in trying to be there for everyone that I forgot to take care of the most important person - myself.
Ever paused and thought about whether you've been your own best friend or your own worst enemy? Have you taken a moment to ask if you've shown up for yourself, loved yourself, and recognized that maybe, just maybe, you are enough?
Stepping up in life and unlocking what you're truly capable of is thrilling. But guess what comes with that? Rejection, judgment, and losing people...
Well, actually, losing those who were never meant for you. Because in this journey of self-discovery, you'll never lose the right people. How cool is that thought?
So, ready to give a big 'yes' to yourself?
To go against the grain, to face the whispers and judgmental glances? The true challenge is whether you're ready to lose others without losing yourself. Pleasing everyone, after all, is a losing game.
So, if you are ready to put yourself first, join me for this week's episode, as I'll be diving into how to put yourself first without feeling guilty and how to protect your energy as you grow into the best version of yourself.
