53. The mindset shift I'm currently using to achieve my goals & feel better along the way

Season 2 · Episode 53

lundi 10 juin 2024Duration 22:01

I love the topic of this episode, all about a mindset shift that I have been using for the last few weeks and that is having a big effect on how I feel, and what I'm able to accomplish. As a goal-oriented and planner-personality, I love to figure out "how" to do things, and there is nothing more frustrating than wanting something and not know how to get there.

In this episode, I cover:

  • breaking down a goal into the WHAT and the HOW
  • which one to focus your energy on if you need a jumpstart out of a funk
  • new ways to figure out "how to do things" that will get you out of frustration

Also, I share some preliminary news that I'll be releasing something new in the coming weeks as a result of a new collaboration with a fellow entrepreneur that I'm SO excited about. Stay tuned to the podcast for updates along the way!

Season 2 · Episode 52

lundi 3 juin 2024Duration 28:29

In this episode, I'm breaking down 'overthinking' and looking at it a few different ways, to help you see how and when it's hurting you vs. helping you. If you are prone to procrastinating or delaying on taking action you know you want (and need) to take, then this episode is for you.

I cover:

  • 3 ways to break down overthinking so you can see what's actually happening when you do it
  • a quick homework exercise to help you not overthink this week as much
