#057 - Health Innovations of Oct 2025
Season 4 · Episode 4
lundi 1 décembre 2025 • Duration 01:08:20
October felt like a month where the future tried to slip into the present without making too much noise—yet every innovation had a pulse you could feel.
Albania introduced an AI minister who somehow “parents” 83 digital children, while OpenAI backed brainwave-reading tech that edges us closer to machine-human blending without ever touching a scalpel. Samsung and Google nudged AI health coaching further into everyday life, and Oura sprinted through the headlines: aiming for FDA-cleared hypertension detection, gamifying sleep with Vitality Discovery, and then stirring a storm by teaming up with Palantir—hardly the cuddliest data partner.
Bathrooms joined the health-tech party too, with smart toilets officially analysing whatever you leave behind. Aline returned from India with stories of a children’s hospital that designs care like an experience, not a protocol. Mo pushed us to confront the freedom to die in an age obsessed with longevity.
The numbers were mixed: U.S. obesity down again, diabetes still rising. Vicarious trauma quietly spreading. Strava and Airbnb launching runcations. And China declaring that only medically trained voices may talk about health online.
October was odd, inspiring, a bit unsettling—and irresistibly worth listening to. Dive in.

#056 - Health Innovations of September 2025
Season 4 · Episode 3
dimanche 19 octobre 2025 • Duration 01:07:06
🎙 The Healthusiasm Podcast — Where Health Starts Predicting Itself
In this month’s episode, we look at a world where health no longer waits for symptoms. From AI forecasting diseases like weather, to genetic mapping the moment you’re born, to algorithms that already estimate a drug’s chances of approval before anyone even prescribes it — healthcare is shifting from reactive care to predictive orchestration.
Inside the body, nanorobots and GLP-1 microdosing hint at a future where treatment becomes subtle, continuous, almost invisible. Outside the body, Amazon teaming up with Cleveland Clinic, Novo Nordisk bypassing the old pharma model, and Noom reshaping medication into lifestyle coaching show how major players are racing to control the new health experience layer.
Not all innovation comes from tech giants. Somewhere between coma-detecting AI listening for micro-consciousness, a 14-year-old designing a soap to beat cancer, and scientists proving the strategic power of a nap, a quiet revolution unfolds: health is becoming ambient, embedded, and oddly… personal.
Tune in for an episode that moves fast between the poetic and the clinical, the microdose and the macro shift. Healthusiasm isn’t a trend — it’s what happens when health starts thinking ahead of us.

#047 - Menopause Insights
Season 3 · Episode 15
vendredi 4 avril 2025 • Duration 55:13
The Healthusiasm Podcast, hosted again by Nia Escobar-Kölle, welcomed Dr. Elise Dallas, a menopause specialist, to discuss an since-forever-overlooked topic: menopause.
Joined by the beloved panelists Mo Zouina, an expert on human experience, and Dr. Keith Grimes, a medical expert in digital innovation, they covered various aspects of menopause, including symptoms, health risks that women commonly face, generational differences, and the latest innovations and treatments.
One of the most striking insights shared during the episode was that menopause should not be something learned about through personal experience alone. This podcast also provides listeners with a better understanding of menopause—whether for themselves, their friends, or their partners.
PS. You may also discover the link between Renaissance ceramics and menopause while learning the Latin word for brain fog.

#046 - Health Innovations of Feb '25
Season 3 · Episode 14
mercredi 19 mars 2025 • Duration 56:12
🎙️ Welcome to the Healthusiasm Podcast – where the future of health is happening so fast, we can barely keep up! 🚀
Honestly, we're overwhelmed. Completely. Utterly. Overwhelmed. And you will be too. But who is "we" in this episode?
- Aline Noizet - Digital Health Connector
- Mo Zouina - Human Experience Expert
- Christophe Jauquet - Health Business Expert
Back to overwhelming...
Yes, because in this episode, we’re talking about holograms for telemonitoring from anywhere (yes, your cardiologist might soon be beaming into your living room like a Star Wars character). Meanwhile, in China, virtual human doctors are diagnosing patients—because who needs an actual, human doctor when you can get an AI-powered one that never sleeps?
And if that’s not enough to blow your mind, we’re diving into… the penis microbiome. Yes, you heard that right. You’ve got bacteria down there, and they might just be plotting something. Meanwhile, ChatGPT apparently needs therapy, which makes perfect sense because, let’s be real, we’ve all asked it some truly unhinged questions.
But wait, there’s more! We’re seeing the shift from fitness to healthness (because apparently just working out isn’t enough anymore), and exercise is now being prescribed as first-line treatment—which means that the next time you go to the doctor, you might leave with a gym membership instead of a prescription.
Oh, and in case you were wondering how your web browser could save your life—yep, browsers to the rescue for your health are now a thing. Don’t ask me how, just listen.
And finally, because the future wouldn’t be complete without a little biohacking, anti-aging pills for dogs are now a thing. Because your pup deserves eternal youth too.
Welcome to the wild, weird, and wonderfully overwhelming world of Healthusiasm. Buckle up. It’s going to be a ride. 🎢🔥 #Healthusiasm #FutureOfHealth #TechMeetsWellness
