We were thrilled to have Steve Davis, a representative from Local Union 280, Sheet Metal Workers, as our special guest on the podcast.  The fair was an excellent opportunity for job seekers, students, and employers to come together and connect. We were excited to bring the Wage Wagon, a unique addition to the fair, providing information about the different trades, career paths, and apprenticeship opportunities available with UA Local 170. It was great to see so many people eager to learn about different career options and the education and training required to pursue them.  During our conversation with Steve Davis, we discussed the current work environment and the challenges that sheet metal workers face today.
