The Grace Space is more than a podcast—it is a sanctuary for the Sovereign Soul. In this sacred field of remembrance, we journey together beyond the veil of illusion, through the unraveling of the world as we’ve known it, and into the deeper truth of who we are. Each episode is a living transmission—spoken medicine for the ones who see through the deception, who hear the Earth’s call, and who carry the codes of a new way. Here, we explore the terrain of spiritual sovereignty, natural health, galactic memory, and embodied awakening. We speak of soul origin, sacred intimacy, detoxification, disclosure, and the reclamation of our place in the living universe. This is a space for those who are no longer seeking approval from dying systems—who are ready to walk the beauty path of coherence, courage, and truth. If you feel the old world dissolving around you—and sense, in the quiet, a more ancient intelligence rising from within—you are not alone. You are home.

Open Wide The Door

Season 4

vendredi 7 juin 2024Duration 45:19

Don't be afraid. Open wide the doors to your life.

In this final episode of Season 4, I share with you a synchronistic -- and recent -- story about two very special crystals of mine that broke on the same day, and the flood of teachings that poured forth from them.

One was repaired with no loss of integrity.

The other had come to the end of its journey and gave up the ghost.

One taught me about wholeness and eternity. The other taught me about breaking from the past and dying into the future.

Both shared their wisdom about breaking open and making even more space to be filled with more energy and light than I thought I could handle.

They showed me I could be cracked and even broken and still be whole and complete.

They reminded me not to wait to dream, and to take the steps I could take NOW to realize the biggest Vision of my life.

They inspired me to open wide the doors to my home, my heart, and my Being to receive infinite grace and blessings pouring to me, through me, out into the world, and to surrender to the natural law of expansion before I was ready.

Listen, and understand.

Coming Home

Season 4

vendredi 31 mai 2024Duration 35:05

When we're going through the most challenging times of our lives, we have a huge opportunity to discover Wholeness.

The last year has been such a challenge for me.

Up against my deepest fears and most entrenched limiting beliefs -- by conscious choice -- I've been living where the rubber meets the road.

But this is where we really encounter the Point of Power within ourselves, because we have to.

Today I tell you the story of being brought back against my will to the property I thought we had sold after the deal fell through at the last minute,

Seemingly unable to move forward, find closure, or put something new into motion -- not to mention the absurdity of moving every stick of furniture and box back in the direction from whence it came -- I was initially frustrated, but mostly afraid of the big 'I can't' that welled up in me.

I wanted to run away. From memories, from pain, from responsibilities.

Then I saw that the house was me, and the situation was a metaphor, a mirror teaching me to let go, to open, to dissolve the primal fear of insufficiency from the place of Wholeness within myself.

To stay. Not run away. To trust the Self within the self, and my innate ability to merge with It.

And to discover that the Sacred Intimacy of Wholeness was what I had always longed for... and what we all long for.

It was teaching me to come Home to the Self within myself to know the Wholeness that heals all ills and provides all solutions.

You can do it too. It's our destiny.

Every Week A Little Death: Mother of Dragons

Season 4

vendredi 15 mars 2024Duration 30:36

The best thing to do when Life is purifying you is to surrender. Or... add fuel to the fire.

Purification is a necessary and natural process on the spiritual path.

But it burns.

How do you know you’re being purified?

It’s often through a series of deaths, losses, and endings. It stirs deep questioning and even brings us face to face with our mortality, and what we’ve made of our time on Earth.

Are you getting it? Or are you missing the point?

Purification can be likened to an encounter with a fire-breathing dragon that guards the treasure we seek.

We must gird ourselves to face our fear of being incinerated -- reduced to a pile of ash -- and walk through the fire.

Purification is called tapas in yoga and translates as 'heat' or 'austerity'. It's how life strips us of our familiar bearings and burns away everything that isn't our True Self.

It is a kind of death.

The question is, can we withstand the pressure that we undergo during purification? Or will we cling to the false self as the only one we've ever known? Do we choose to stand -- perhaps alone -- in radical truth? Or bury ourselves even deeper in illusion out of fear?

Sooner or later, we have to choose whether to step into Destiny or succumb to fate.

So, who's with me?

The Grace of Forgiveness: How Might This Be Good?

Season 1 · Episode 2

vendredi 28 août 2020Duration 16:11

Forgiveness can free us from reactive patterns that prevent us from gleaning true wisdom from an experience.

Instead of running to the opposite extreme in reaction to a hurt we’ve suffered in order to avoid being hurt again, we can learn to expand and to grow in love. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong and spiritually mature.

So, how do we forgive the deepest hurts? The ones that feel so personal. How do we deal with the deepest wounds and the things that seem unforgivable, even diabolical?

This is where the rubber meets the road, spiritually speaking.

In this episode, I'll share with you a proposition that can enable you to forgive anything.  Plus, you'll learn:

  • to embrace the possibility that absolutely everything that has ever happened to you was for your highest good
  • to recognize the evidence in your own life that we live in a benevolent universe that is always FOR us and never against us
  • how you stand in your own way and block the good that's attempting to reach you

I'll also share a powerful question you can ask to flip the script on any situation and instantly enlarge your perspective and empower yourself.

And I give you an experiment you can commit to for a specified period of time that can transform your relationship with the most painful wounds of your life.

Every Week A Little Death: Ethical Relationship 2

Season 4

vendredi 8 mars 2024Duration 37:34

In an unconscious relationship, you're always working on the other person. In a conscious, ethical relationship, you're always working on yourself.

In today's episode of The Grace Space, I share what I've learned from two 'failed' marriages about what really destroys trust and intimacy.

It's not what you did -- it's why you did it.

And the fact that, most likely, you have no idea.

When we're unconscious, we're unreliable. Our feelings, decisions and choices arise from murky inner drives about which we are clueless.

Instead of relating to others from pure love, we tend to engage in control dramas driven by the unresolved past in us.

We can easily get lost in cyclic attempts to alleviate our (often subconscious) fears and insecurities by subtly or overtly manipulating others to get our emotional needs met.

This leads to suffering.

As we become more conscious, we gain the courage to take a fearless inner inventory and question our true motivations.

What is the deeper purpose of a relationship beyond falling in and out of love? Beyond the creation of children and families? What is it here to teach us?

Mass awakening continues to shake up the status quo on our planet day-by-day, and this year it will be bigger than ever.

The divine evolutionary impetus behind it demands a reexamination of our values and a seismic shift away from disempowerment to sovereignty, from systemic dysfunctionality to global healing.

This resonates on the interpersonal level as a yearning to recenter our relationships around authenticity, truth, and divine reconnection.

Global social upheaval on the collective level is reflected by the shifting sands of relationship and family dynamics on the personal level.

Change can be painful as we let go of our illusions, but as always, if we're willing to assume responsibility for our part of things, we begin to heal the inner divisions within us from which our distortions spring.

All relationships can be vehicles for transformation to a higher order. It all depends on whom you serve.

So, whom do you serve? Let's explore that together today.

Every Week A Little Death: Ethical Relationship 1

Season 4

vendredi 1 mars 2024Duration 24:14

How do we heal our relationships? And is it possible we've been missing the point about their true purpose?

For many people, relationships are a source of pain, frustration, even anguish. Many intimate relationships are minefields where we learn to step carefully. Many a happy wedding turns to divorce or uneasy cohabitation.

Until we understand the true purpose of relationships, disappointment is inevitable.

In a largely unconscious consumer culture, relationships become yet another attempt to fill the void, and we often mistake attachment and obsession for love.

In unconscious relationships, real love is muted by our constant attempts to get our needs met, rather than simply opening as love itself.

So how do we, as perfectly imperfect humans, open ourselves to love? How do we move from unconscious relationships based on projection to conscious, ethical relationships?

By failing. And by being willing to learn from those failures of loving.

By not putting unrealistic expectations on our relationships, and understanding their function as crucibles of transformation in our spiritual evolution.

By deeply realizing that we're here for one reason only: to free ourselves of the blocks to love that are nowhere other than within ourselves. And to BE that love.

In today's episode of The Grace Space, we explore Ethical Relationship, which puts Divinity and the Soul's evolution at the centre of relating, rather than our unresolved wounds.

Every Week A Little Death: Dissolution

Season 4

vendredi 23 février 2024Duration 25:27

What happens to our life when our sense of identity dissolves? What happens to our relationships when we no longer play by the old rules? What is it that survives dissolution?

Dissolution is when something falls apart, disperses, dissolves, and changes form. It's a form of death. We see it in the rotting fruit; the log in the fire that turns to ash; the sugar cube that melts into your coffee.

Dissolution is part of Nature and the universe. It's one half of the alchemical process coagulum solvare, the process by which all things are constantly moving between densification and dissolution. It happens at every scale of existence, including the stars, who expand and collapse in on themselves over eons of time to fuse the very elements that make up our bodies and everything we know.

In the journey of the Soul, dissolution occurs as you let go of the false self with all its beliefs, requirements, and its created world. Things, people, familiar roles, your health, even parts of you are removed. The hard shell of the ego begins to crack and fall away, obsolete patterns are exposed, and long-buried fears are no longer resisted, but faced. Everything that you thought you knew and believed you were is called into question and you, as you knew yourself, begin to dissolve.

The truth is, you can't survive dissolution. Not the you you think of as you. But something that could never be destroyed emerges.

Call it the Dark Night of the Soul, call it The Void, call it Shaktipat -- it feels like a period of intense pressure, and it isn't easy. In today's episode, I share with you how I'm experiencing Dissolution.

Every Week A Little Death: Can You Handle It?

Season 4

vendredi 16 février 2024Duration 40:13

Why do we store the past inside us instead of letting it go? Why do we hold on to pain? Because we can't handle it.

In this episode, we explore our tendency to stockpile emotional energy, or samskaras, and the often serious consequences this has on our life.

The truth is, we were never taught to handle our emotional energy.

It's commonly accepted that we should live our life, choose our relationships, our work, and generally base our decisions on what will maximize pleasure and minimize pain.

This is what most people are engaged in, and it's considered totally normal and even sensible to adopt this approach.

It's evident in our broken medical system, for example, which pushes drugs to handle symptoms without inquiring into the source of the dis-ease.

The problem is that avoiding pain or treating it superficially doesn't make the pain go away. It only increases the pressure we feel from never having dealt with it.

When we make life choices in order to avoid disturbing the sleeping dragon, we never engage the source of our suffering: the fact that we ourselves have stored this energy in us, and we are the only ones who can dissolve it.

While we hold on to these unresolved energies of the past, we block our own life force energy from circulating and providing the natural, uncaused feelings of wellbeing that we long for.

And when we can't handle the range of emotions that our heart continually emanates, we shut ourselves down and live in greyscale. This can have serious consequences for our lives that last for years and cause great suffering for ourselves and others.

I'll share how not being able to handle the full range of my own emotions led to just such a situation.

Freedom is knowing that no matter what happens in your life, it cannot shake your profound peace and wellbeing. You never needed life to give you those feelings, because their source is within you. But while you're all blocked up inside, you'll never know it.

Let's explore this together and see what we can let go of today.

Every Week A Little Death: Samskara

Season 4

vendredi 9 février 2024Duration 36:44

Death is everywhere. But that doesn't have to be a downer. If we embrace it, we are reborn.

Welcome to Season 4 of The Grace Space!

There are seasons in life, just as there are seasons in the year. And it's important to recognize that these seasons are a natural part of how we grow and evolve.

It does no good to resist winter when we're in winter. Winter has its purpose and its place. Under the ground, in the dark, miraculous things are happening, even though what appears before our eyes seems grey, cold, and dead.

In our human life, we experience winter as seasons of endings that can feel like death. These are opportunities to process all the emotions that we associate with death -- fear, grief, regret, sadness, despair -- and to ask the deeper questions about life.

This season of The Grace Space is the most personal one yet. I'm going to take you with me as I apply the principles of spiritual law to my own dark night of the soul. Because as it happens, I'm in one.

And the content of our life is the curriculum for our evolution.

In this first episode we're going to talk about what's really been driving our choices and decisions, running (and sometimes ruining) our lives, and my encounter with my personified ego during a shamanic journey. Which was basically the first domino.

But don't worry -- there's plenty to laugh about too. Like this clip from The Heat, which I mention at the end of the episode.

In fact, humour and death are close cousins. So let's go.
