#101 COVID19 Part 2: Self Care

jeudi 26 mars 2020Duration 18:33

Today I talk about a crucially important topic: taking care of yourselves.  This is perhaps more important now than ever before.  As health professionals we are almost conditioned to put other peoples health before our own, and whilst we must continue to care for others to the best of our abilities, we must also care for ourselves.  For without us in this current scenario, no one will be well.

Resources for all areas of lifestyle from food, movement, sleep, stress management, mental health, wellbeing are available on my website http://thegpshow.com/.

I hope this is of use to you.
