Gabi loves empowering people to get in the driving seat of their lives, believing that no one should ever be a passenger in their life journey.  From a very young age, she wanted to make a difference. 

Her career started in Banking where she stayed for 7 years before moving into the world of new startups - however, she quickly realised that she wasn’t able to influence the change she wanted to. 

So in 2020 she finally agreed to join the family recruitment business Oscar Harrington, specialising in mobile robotics. Shortly after joining the team, she noticed they had a gap in their tech stack that could not be resolved by other providers so they got building and soon unleashed Tooled Up Raccoons into the market to help other recruiters sourcing.
