Chris Burns is a second degree black belt under Rickson Gracie and the founder of the Zero Point Gracie Jiu Jitsu Academy. He also works with The BJJ Project which produces a ton a of great content with his teachings.

Jonathan Pageau is an Eastern Orthodox religious icon carver by trade. Recently he has also been speaking on and making videos which explore the symbolic worldview.

Chris talks with Jonathan about his personal Datsusara journey which led to his work as an icon carver and also his more recent endeavors exploring symbology in myth, religion, society and culture. Chris gets into his allergic response to organized religion and discusses literal vs symbolic interpretations of Christianity, including making sense of seemingly illogical purity laws like not mixing cotton with wool. Also much to Chris' delight the true legend of the dog headed St. Christopher is revealed. A fun, lighthearted and hopefully enlightening conversation all will enjoy.

Nick Osipczak is a British Mixed Martial Artist that has fought in the UFC and also starred on "The Ultimate Fighter" tv show. Nick brings a unique perspective to the arts as he comes from a Tai Chi background and has learned how to integrate that into his MMA practice. Nick also teaches the various MMA aspects, Tai Chi, meditation and much more. He also creates sacred geometry art pieces.

Chris and co-host Peter Hyoguchi drink tea, discuss martial arts, life direction and spiritual matters with Nick. This episode was recorded at Chris' home outside and includes the sounds of crows and Kira, and Buddha (Chris daughter and dog), enjoy.
