In this week's episode we are demonstrating how to coach emotions. We have chosen to demo this because many coaches and aspiring coaches struggle to know what good coaching looks like and also what you can achieve in a session.

In this week's episode we are talking all about how to structure a chemistry conversation. This is important so that we can set a coaching relationship up for success and it's an important part of the coaching journey.

- what a chemistry call is and why we offer them

- a semi structure for a chemistry call
