In this conversation with Claudia we talk about her group program The Hormone Rescue, which also incorporates HTMA, DUTCH, and GI Map. -- Claudia Petrilli is a Functional Health Coach, Integrative Nutrition Coach and creator of The Hormone Rescue program. After years of struggling with her health, being dismissed by doctors, and given hormonal birth control, she sunk into depression and her period went M-I-A. She knew in her gut something was off, but her doctor told her “it’s normal to skip periods — enjoy it”. At that moment, she made the decision to advocate for herself and learn everything she could about women’s hormone health. It changed her life, so she decided to become a Functional Health Coach to help other women. Claudia has been practicing a functional approach to health, coaching busy, stressed out women for a decade on how to optimize their hormone health. She addresses gut dysfunction, blood sugar dysregulation, nutrient imbalances, detoxification, and more, utilizing leading-edge functional testing like the DUTCH, GI-MAP, HTMA, and blood work analysis.
