19: PERFECTIONISM: It's Our Number One Limiting Belief Keeping Us Stuck
Season 1 · Episode 19
dimanche 13 mars 2022 • Duration 17:16
"There is no space for peace when perfectionism is a priority." --Christian Bosse
Limiting beliefs lead us to excuses, which lead us to a stalemate. But what is true about so many of our limiting beliefs is our need for perfection. Our perfectionism keeps us from starting, finishing, continuing, and finding fulfillment in the work we do. It's part emotion, part behavior, part personality, and all parts pain in the @#$.
This week I break down perfectionism. How to identify it. How to evaluate it. How to overcome it. And remember, knowing is not enough. We need to put an action plan in place.

18: UNLIMITED: A Framework for Identifying and Overcoming Our Limiting Beliefs
Season 1 · Episode 18
dimanche 6 mars 2022 • Duration 22:26
"Breaking free of limiting beliefs is like breaking the chains that bind you." --Jasmin Lee Cori
Limiting beliefs are those that we have woven into our story and narrative for so long that we believe them to absolutely be true. They grew out of an experience that we had, they were established to protect us, but now are holding us back.
This week I dive into limiting beliefs and the two that led me to become morbidly obese and share my framework on how I faced those limiting beliefs and conquered them, which helped me lose the weight and live within a right sized body. This same framework can be used for any limiting beliefs that we are holding tight to our chests.
I work with midlife moms who are lost in motherhood who seek to find their direction, purpose, and fulfilling work for their next chapter. I empower them to dream big, believe in themselves and show them with clarity what’s possible without compromising their role as an amazing mom. Know that you want more in your life, but can't imagine how you could possible start, find the time, make yourself a priority? Then I welcome you to book a FREE Priorities Power Session. In 30 minutes, we will establish what is most important to you and identify the best path forward for you to bring those things into your life. 17: MANIFEST: My 8 Steps to Manifesting Your Dreams
Season 1 · Episode 17
lundi 28 février 2022 • Duration 21:50
"Within you is the divine capacity to manifest and attract all that you desire." --Wayne Dyer
When I was a senior in college, I was on the edge of seeing my dream come to fruition, but that edge was a million miles away from reality. Or 1,500 miles away to be exact. I had to find a way to get paid to move cross country to finally leave my little town in Iowa and find myself as a designer in Boston. And I didn't know one person. But I wasn't going to let that stop me. And so way before I knew what manifesting was, I manifested the crap out of the situation and brought dream to reality. In this week's episode, I share the whole story and even more importantly the 8-step framework that I use for myself and the women that I work with to manifest our dreams and make them a reality.
I work with midlife moms who are lost in motherhood who seek to find their direction, purpose, and fulfilling work for their next chapter. I empower them to dream big, believe in themselves and show them with crystal clear clarity what’s possible--what they are capable of without compromising their role as an amazing mom. 16: INTUITION: Using Morning Pages to Take Your Next Step
Season 1 · Episode 16
dimanche 13 février 2022 • Duration 18:08
"It's impossible to write morning pages for any extended period of time without coming into contact with an unexpected inner power." --Julia Cameron, author of The Artist's Way
"Morning Pages are three pages of longhand, stream of consciousness writing, done first thing in the morning. *There is no wrong way to do Morning Pages*–they are not high art. They are not even “writing.” They are about anything and everything that crosses your mind– and they are for your eyes only. Morning Pages provoke, clarify, comfort, cajole, prioritize and
synchronize the day at hand. Do not over-think Morning Pages: just put
three pages of anything on the page...and then do three more pages tomorrow." --Julia Cameron
Today, my business turns 21. I was able to make that leap, and every leap since due to the fact that I have been doing morning pages on and off for all of the years since. Whenever I have gotten to a place where I know it's time to shift, I go back. They are my direct link to me and want I want. I encourage every single woman that I work with to include them in her practice. It's free. It's simple. And it takes 15 minutes a day. It is life changing. Listen to learn more!

15: SILENCE: How We Need to Get Quiet to Find Our Answers
Season 1 · Episode 15
dimanche 6 février 2022 • Duration 16:02
"Silence is a true friend that never betrays." --Confucius
What's your relationship with silence? Do you crave it or avoid it at all costs? While I crave it on the daily now, there have been so many times in my life that I avoided it. It scared me. Silence provides us the opportunity to listen to what we really want and need in a situation. It also gives us the time and space to see our lives as it really is and that can be scary. We know we aren't living our life to its potential, but we convince ourselves that all is fine. That we will work on that when the time is right. We continue living life just as we always have. This week I dive into silence. What it has meant to me on my journey. When I have avoided it, when I have embraced it, and the impact that it has had.
Are you ready to dig deep, get quiet, and find your what's next--now? I have a new program launching on March 6th called ignitHER and it is a 6-week kick starter program to find your passion, your purpose and/or fulfilling work. Season 1 · Episode 14
dimanche 30 janvier 2022 • Duration 18:26
"People working together in a strong community with a shared goal and a common purpose can make the impossible possible." --Tom Vilsack
Community has played a huge part in all of our lives organically from our family and extended family to our faith community, from our schools to our groups of friends. But as we get older, we need to work harder to seek out community. Communities that will help support us in pursuing our passions, our purpose and our dreams. That's what I dive into today. How community is the key in us finding our success. I share my own experiences where community was the only thing that kept me going as a mom and how I was able to walk into the ocean on a 28-degree day. Yep...through community.
Are you needing a community to help support you, inspire you, and provide you accountability on your journey to your what's next? Join my Daily Practice Masterclass--a year long journey to you. The February theme is INTUITION: Tapping into Our Knowing as Our Guide. Click here to learn more.
