Can you believe it is already about to be May, Stoners??? Tish cannot believe time has flown by so fast, but she’s excited to get back to planting and break out some of her favorite cute new summer shoes, although right now she’s stuck with an unwelcome accessory. That’s right people, Tish is in an orthopedic boot! She made it to the doctor and not only is her toe broken, but her whole foot is a little messed up, so for now she’s stuck rocking Prada on one foot and a boot on the other. Less than a month out from her birthday, a super stoned Tish is contemplating the nature of life: what if we didn’t have birthdays? Would we even age at all?? This week, Brandi is enjoying the lovely weather in Nashville and spending tons of time outside, and also tons of time tracking her phone down every time it falls out of her pocket (thanks for nothing, Find My iPhone!) Tish has been having a wonderful week, practicing gratitude in the California sunshine — except for when she broke her toe!! Ok, so it may not be X-ray certified but all Tish knows is she tripped over some stairs and now her whole entire foot is black and blue and it is not pleasant. But other than that, she’s great! Meanwhile, Nashville has been seeing some of the worst flooding in recent years but Brandi is so grateful that only a small portion of her land was effected and all of the animals are safe in the barn (even if some of them are too dumb to find their own hay). The ladies also take a moment to discuss relationships after a friend was broken up with over the phone (guys, do better!!) and Brandi muses on ‘wedding season’ etiquette while Tish just can’t understand why anyone would want to draw a wedding out over 6 months. This week Brandi is coming to us from Tish’s house in LA! Which by the way, looks entirely different from the last time she was here (floors make a *huge* difference in a room, people) and Tish is embracing a new, cleaner, semi-modern aesthetic.
