We can look at manifesting in so many ways and often it comes down to the limits we place on ourselves. We call it our glass ceiling or glass walls which refers to something we can see like our goals but find it challenging to achieve. What makes us so unsure about our lives that we second guess everything about we want? It can drive us wild that we are seemingly so close to getting the life we want and it always slides sideways just when we are close enough to tough it.

In this podcast Tony talks a bit about nostalgia and what it means when we pull experiences from the past and we tend to bring those feelings to our present. On top of these memories we also bring a set of mind sets forward and depending on what you said to yourself with gentleness will have an effect on releasing yourself from harmful self talk. Who would love someone like me is one example.

In this episode Tony talks about the colors in our world and so many different forms we respond to color. Not only is it a chakra energy but colors can be used for healing. Tony mentions one example where color breathing is used to get a deeper sense of working through practically everything including trauma. Using color as an additional strategy to find balance in yourself.

In this podcast Tony Gyenis channels a new healing concept of shedding your aura on purpose through a message and meditation. Tony offers a message from spirit and gives a few examples and techniques on how to "shed your aura" and why it is so important to do so. Spirit addresses that men are wired differently and treat trauma by saying very little. It is a quiet battle usually.

In this meditation Tony Gyenis creates a short yet easy to listen to journey to help clear your Crown Chakra. This area is much like a skylight in your home that over time has debris on it impeding the light to enter your home. In this analogy your home is where light enters your energies that shines on your pineal gland. If you feel off it could mean there is less light coming into this area. 

This meditation was specifically created for those that want to keep their Crown clear and open to messages from spirit through the light it brings in. It is an effective meditation as it only takes about 12 minutes of your time, which is ideal for busy people.
