Raising Your Spirits – Details, episodes & analysis

Tony explains the difficulty for many people to find this level of "stillness" or emptiness in their experience. It does take practice as we have been conditioned to do and look at life as a checklist of things to do rather than just be who you are. A special meditation was created just for this class to help people get into this stillness mode or zone because that is where spirit and your Creator is. 

In the part 1 segment Spirit wants us to just slow down and stop thinking you are not doing enough. It is time for you to release and let the light carry you more. For those of you who have been working on themselves reading books on ascension, meditating, using crystals to help with your frequencies to rise...take a breath. You are exactly where you need to be.

Burnout is the lack of stillness in your life.

We have been taught to focus on the numerous outside distractions to keep our minds busy during this season and all others. When you are overwhelmed you don't have time to have quiet and reflection as part of your day. This meditation is dedicated to all those people who feel there is more to life and want to take the beginning steps to discover what is behind the noise and even more important; what is behind the silence and stillness.

A quote once said that from the stillness your Creator will present themselves. The God light is inside of you and stillness is absolutely essential to unlock this universal light. 

Play this meditation at least 4 times a week. There is a reason why this particular meditation soundtrack is over 50 minutes long. We wanted you to have enough time to get past the mental clutter and reach this stillness mode inside of you. There you will find everything you have been looking for. 

For those that have a hard time in clearing your minds at first focus only on your breathing. Then when you feel you are relaxed whisper to yourself "Tell me who I am" or "Show me what I am" or "I am the light, please shine it within me". These and others you can think of will help activate and release this God like energy inside as you reach... stillness.

This was an energetic triumph that our world, moon and the sun all aligned in a very special way. The aftermath of this eclipse will bring a new way we will stand up for ourselves.

Instead of the season of Spring where normally things renew, are born, start to bud with the beginning of life it will bring an element of things closing. The end of something or the final chapter of an old life and to close it once and for all.

The Sun represents the masculine part of you and the Moon is the Feminine and the Earth is the plane you are on and grounded. When all these energies are in sync you have a beautiful life. This 999 second meditation will help enhance your ability to move on when you listen to the sounds of the frequencies. Listen to it at least 3 times over the next week. The more you listen you can find a deeper meaning within you.

After I had added all the frequencies that spirit told me to include they ask me to add the sound of space. We already know that space is not silent. There are a plethora of sounds in the Universe. So I looked for hours trying to find sounds of space and each time spirit said that was not it. In the end I couldn't find anything spirit liked and it was getting late. I asked again do we really need this as I don't have it. Spirit responded by saying its okay you already have it. Then it dawned on me and I asked, "Am I the sound of Space?". They said yes you are.

We have used the 528 Hz, Sun & Moon frequencies, the OM or the Earth vibration, 999 Hz and many others to create an experience like no other. The frequency of 999 Hz gently reminds you that you have the freedom of choice at any point in any situation. Choose wisely and meaningfully. 

To get the full effect of this soundtrack, listen to this while chanting to yourself the following words, "I am the Sound of Space". Enjoy!

Regardless what name you give this person he was instrumental to change the course of civilization and our given right to be free. Tony gives several examples of why we should not worship this person or for God for that matter. 

May you celebrate Christmas or whatever holiday season you are traditionally rejoicing and know that you are a very important asset to this world. Avoid separating anything in your life unless it is toxic. No matter the color of your skin, where you were born or what spirit you connect to we are as one. We have many perspectives of what the spirit world is about but all is looking at it from different vantage points but all are the same source energy. Universe does not segregate or separate itself. We are one.

There is a huge vibrational difference working hard on a physical level to achieve a goal or to trust it will come with the energy of deserving it. Tony gives several examples of how the two types of energies have different effects over time.

Many high level business coaches always stress to set a goal, place the goals where you can see it and feel it and strive constantly to achieve to attain it. Although this type of allowing your goals to happen it is not the only way you can attain your goals. Spirit reminds us that our self love and deserving energies sets us up to make things happen vibrationally. Impatience makes it a hard road but listen to how another technique can make it easier for you.
