Tino explains how important attitude is for a fast bowler. Tino revisits the moment he announced himself to the West Indies Cricket Board when he hit Gary Kirsten on the head with his very first ball in a practice session.

We also discuss how he trains, his views on rhythm and how he relies on power to generate top speed.

Tino goes on to shed incredible insight on the time he worked with Wayne Daniel and made technical changes to his bowling action during a four-week training camp which resulted in him bowling faster than ever before.
