Why Men & Women Misunderstand Each Other w/ Taylor Conroy
jeudi 23 avril 2026 • Duration 01:29:02
Why does it feel like men and women are speaking completely different languages in relationships?
In this episode, I’m joined by one of my best friends, Taylor Conroy, also known as @TaylorLove.co on Instagram, for a deeply honest conversation about the misunderstandings that sit at the core of so many relationships—and why they’re more common than we think.
We talk about emotional safety—what it actually means, why it matters so much for women, and why many men don’t naturally understand that need. Taylor shares a powerful reframe on how men can begin to see these moments not as pressure, but as an opportunity to show up in a way that truly lands.
This conversation moves beyond surface-level advice and into the deeper dynamics at play between masculine and feminine energy, connection, and the subtle ways we miss each other without even realizing it.
Inside this episode:
- Why emotional safety is a woman’s deepest need—and how her power lives in feeling secure enough to stay in her natural energy
- What happens in a relationship when a woman shifts into a more masculine role, and how that dynamic impacts both partners
- How this pattern creates disconnection, pressure, and the feeling of having to do more or hold everything together
- The opportunity for men to step into the role of the “hero,” and how showing up in a way that truly lands creates deeper trust, connection, and devotion
- What shifts when both people start to actually understand each other
This is the kind of conversation that has the power to change the way you see your relationship—and yourself within it.

When Death Becomes the Teacher: Love, Loss, & Rebirth with Emily Bingham #46
Season 1 · Episode 46
vendredi 26 septembre 2025 • Duration 57:06
Emily and I first met 20 years ago when she began dating a childhood friend of mine. Since then, it feels like many lifetimes have passed—filled with change, growth, and profound transition—as she navigated life after her husband (and my childhood friend) passed.
Over the years, I’ve watched Emily step into herself in the most remarkable ways. She is a spiritual guide, coach, and mother who has transformed profound grief into a life of purpose, presence, and deep self-discovery.
In this episode, we dive into the raw and vulnerable parts of grief, soul contracts, the sacredness of motherhood, stepping into love again, and how loss can become a teacher.
This episode is for anyone navigating heartbreak, rebuilding after loss, or seeking guidance on living fully and authentically in alignment with their soul.

Motherhood Is The Motivation with Evonne Amantiad-Williams #37
mercredi 25 septembre 2024 • Duration 45:02
When I first started the podcast, it was with the intention to have honest, vulnerable, below the surface conversations with people who inspire me. Evonne is one of those women.
She was born and raised in Hawaii so naturally we have a lot in common. She is also a mom. She had her son at a pretty young age and was thrown into the world of motherhood without so many of the tools and luxuries a lot of us have today.
She didn’t let that stop her though. She used motherhood as the fuel to create and build a better life for herself and her son.
She is such a beautiful example of what it looks like when you chase your dreams and never give up.
I really hope you enjoy this episode with Evonne Amantiad-Williams.

Client Feature: Finding Yourself Again—The Path to Healing After Divorce with Vanessa Rodriguez #34
samedi 17 août 2024 • Duration 01:01:51
This is such a special episode. My beautiful client, Vanessa Rodriguez joins me today.
Vanessa is a high-achiever, she is a leader and a boss in her work life, she is also an entrepreneur, and a mother.
Vanessa came to me shortly after her divorce was finalized. She had healed through so much of that experience on her own, and even still, she knew there were cycles and patterns from her past that were still running the show.
Vanessa opens up and shares her story of what was required to heal after such a huge event, what its looked like working one on one with me, and some of the life changing transformations she’s experienced in such a short amount of time.
Vanessa has completely changed the trajectory of her life. She’s shifted her internal dialogue, moved into a new home with an amazing man, and is committed to her own self discovery journey every single day.
I am so unbelievably proud of this woman and her growth. I really hope you enjoy this episode with Vanessa Rodriguez.

Coparenting Series Part 4: The Untold Truth Behind The Affair with Jared Musser #30
vendredi 3 mai 2024 • Duration 58:29
Jared is back this week for this month’s coparenting series. We leave nothing off the table as we dive into the depths of the real truths of what led to the breakdown of our relationship and marriage. These are parts of myself and my story that I haven’t shared before. Words even Jared heard for the very first time.
These are the parts of my past I once felt were too dark and shameful to say out loud. Through a lot of inner work, self reflection and compassion for the old versions of me, I am finally able to bring it all to the surface.
I hope this conversation allows you to soften into some of the messy parts of your own story. And maybe even offers permission to share something on your heart that once felt too scary to say out loud.
Thank you for following along this journey with us. I am so excited to share this episode with Jared Musser.
