A letter to my PCOS gals 💌

I know you're confused. I know the good, high quality information out there for you is slim. I know you've been told to lose weight from your doctor. I know that you've been told (and experienced) that PCOS causes weight gain and to eliminate PCOS, you must lose weight...and yet no matter what you do or what you eat, the weight doesn't seem to budge...OR you don't even need to lose weight in the first place!! (!!!!!) I know you've been told to go on birth control. I know you know that it's not a long term fix, but you need answers - yesterday!

I believe that the more that we consciously design and live our life, the more magical it becomes. And, that conscious design first begins with the relationship that we have with ourselves...

The more that we become our own friend, or better yet, BEST friend, the stronger our relationships , the more we earn the income that we deserve, the more vibrant our health.

So, how do we do that? How do we become our own best friend?

In this week's episode, I share how I overcame the person that I was (suicidal, anxious, depressed) into the woman I am today...and how YOU can do the same (even if you are no where near where I was!)

The more people we have on the planet that are friends with themselves, the more respectful, peaceful and beautiful world we will live in.

Are you finding it difficult to stay focused and motivated towards your goals during the pandemic?

Hey, you are NOT the only one. I have received or seen this question on many occasions since March of 2020, and I get it. There were days at the height of March and April where we had NO idea what was happening, why it was happening, and what the future would look like.

We were in very, very uncertain times, and to a certain extend, we still are!

So what do we do?

In this episode, I dive into how I personally have not only stayed motivated, but clarified my vision and focus. Again, I had MANY days were I felt (very) scared, worried, and confused. On the other hand, it has also been an incredible gift (this pandemic and quarantine) so my intention is that it feels the same way for you too...and that you rise even higher from this.

I believe in you, I love you.

Oooo this one hits close to home!

For anyone who has NEVER struggled this - you may think those of us who have are completely nuts. For those of us who have struggled with binge eating, knows the deep, dark hole it is.

The truth is, this is something that I had struggled with for MANY years, and was deeply ashamed of. It was like a drug addition...but with food. If you know what I am talking about - you know what I am talking about!

The beautiful part of this, is that there IS a light at the end of the tunnel. I am living proof of it. You CAN over come emotional eating and binge eating, and this episode will cover how (or perhaps the start of your journey :))
