A decade ago, that changed, as she began to share her journey with nutrition to better manage her inflammatory symptoms, she also became vocal about living with Hidradenitis Suppurativa. The journey led to a successful food blog, 2 best selling cookbooks, and a decade of helping others with HS through food. Most recently, she joined the team at HS Connect as COO, and is thrilled to take her advocacy work to the next level.   Jillian Ondreyka is a Dietitian with over 10 years of experience partnering with clients to achieve their nutrition goals. As a person with Hidradenitis Suppurativa, she became interested in how food can help calm inflammation in the body to encourage healing. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a Master of Public Health and Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. She earned the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP) credential and is a Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT). LEAP stands for Lifestyle Eating and Performance and is a patient-specific oligoantigenic diet based on the Leukocyte Activation Assay-Mediator Release Test (LAA-MRT®). Jillian began participating in dermatology research evaluating the effectiveness of the LEAP program in improving outcomes in HS in 2022. In 2025, she became a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES).

David Rosmarin, MD is a clinical investigator and Vice-Chair for Research and Education at Tufts Medical Center focusing on clinical trials for inflammatory disorders of the skin. For his training, Dr. Rosmarin went to medical school at NYU, dermatology residency at Boston University-Tufts Combined training program, and fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Dr. Rosmarin joined Tufts Medical Center in 2013 focusing as a clinical trial investigator for atopic dermatitis. In 2016, Dr. Rosmarin became the Director of the Clinical Trials Unit in the Department of Dermatology at Tufts Medical Center and Program Director of the Residency Program. Clinically Dr. Rosmarin is nationally recognized and serves as a referral for physicians with difficult to manage inflammatory diseases such as atopic dermatitis. Dr. Rosmarin educates medical students, residents, and research fellows.

Zoe Diana Draelos, MD, is a research and clinical board-certified dermatologist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She is in solo private practice in High Point, North Carolina, and a Consulting Professor of Dermatology at Duke University. In 1988, she founded Dermatology Consulting Services, PLLC, to initiate and perform research in aging skin, acne, rosacea, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, actinic keratoses, eczema, and aesthetic procedures in the cosmetic, OTC drug, and pharmaceutical arenas. Prior to pursuing a medical career, Dr. Draelos completed an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and was elected a Rhodes Scholar. A member of Sigma Xi research honorary and Alpha Omega Alpha medical honorary, she is author of 14 books including Cosmetics in Dermatology (fourth edition) and Hair Cosmetics. She is the editor of Cosmetic Dermatology: Products and Procedures (third edition) and Cosmeceuticals (fourth edition) with translations into 7 languages. She has contributed chapters to 44 textbooks, written 197 posters, served as the principal investigator on 1054 studies, written 674 published papers, served on or contributed to 38 journal editorial boards, functioned as the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology for 10 years, and was a past member of the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She was elected Vice-President of the American Academy of Dermatology. She is recognized as a pioneer in cosmetic dermatology and received a lifetime achievement award from Health Beauty America for her research and the 2008 DermArts award for her contributions to dermatology. In 2010, she received the Albert Kligman Innovation Award and in 2016 she was awarded a Presidential Citation from the American Academy of Dermatology for her research contributions to advance the specialty. She received the prestigious Maison deNavarre award from the Society of Cosmetic Chemists for her contributions to the art and science of cosmetics in 2017. In 2019, she was the inaugural recipient of the Florence Wall Award from the Society of Cosmetics Chemists naming her as the most influential women in cosmetic science.

Dr. Murase is the co-Editor in Chief of the International Journal of Women's Dermatology; she has authored 135 peer reviewed publications and 12 book chapters, given 256 international, national and regional oral and poster presentations, and reviews for 14 medical journals. She was the Chair of the San Francisco Dermatological Society for seven years and continues to serve on the board of the society and represent northern California on the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) Advisory Board. She has directed over 25 symposia at the World Congress, EADV, and AAD Annual meetings and is a member of the AAD Atopic Dermatitis Expert Health Resource Group and founder and chair of the AAD Women's Health Expert Resource Group. Dr. Murase served on the Board of Directors for the American Contact Dermatitis Society (ACDS) from 2018-2021, and received an ACDS Presidential Citation in 2019. Active in clinical research and teaching, she was voted by the UCSF residents to be the best dermatology instructor among the adjunct clinical faculty in the department in 2010 and 2020.

Dr. Cannon has 40 years of experience in pediatric dentistry and has presented lectures both nationally and internationally. He lectures on many oral health topics including evolutionary oral medicine, the gateway microbiomes, biologic and bioactive dental materials (patents owner), probiotics, and all aspects of everyday Pediatric oral health. Dr. Cannon has humbly accepted two invitations by the Karolinska Institutet, first to the Nobel Forum (2016) and secondly to the Nobel Assembly (2017).
