Tasha Blasi is an international IVF consultant.
After ten rounds of IVF herself, she began researching what prevents successful egg retrievals and embryo transfers.
She has been obsessively studying IVF protocols, holistic health, and mindset strategies since 2016. Her data is extensive and she is backed by, and partners with, the most talented fertility doctor in the industry.
On this podcast, Tasha Blasi shares her proven frameworks for what women need to know to optimize their fertility and their IVF treatment plans. She believes that when the patient knows more, they can ask better questions to their doctor, and get better solutions instead of doing IVF treatment blindly- like she did.
Tasha's podcast serves her strategies through a very humorous, unfiltered, and loving tone.

EP40: Fertility Diet Hits and Misses with (my husband) Brian Pannuzzo
Season 1 · Episode 40
Wednesday, November 4, 2020 • Duration 45:01
Most of us are fed ideas of what healthy and ideal lives look like from the diet, wellness and fitness industry. For women, this tends to mean we are in constant diet mode: losing 5 pounds for the vacation, a few pounds over here for the wedding, take some off over here after the holidays. Nutrition can get especially confusing when there are so many "miracle" diets and quick fixes preaching that they are the best for your health.
Brian Pannuzzo is a nutrition and health coach, and, well, my lovely husband and the father to our two (expensive) children. When he is not coaching his own clients, he helps my patients identify trends in their diet and nutrition that may be preventing them from getting pregnant and how to create building blocks for a healthier lifestyle.
On this episode of the FU Project, Brian and I talk about the importance of what you're putting into your body, how you're doing it, and tips and tricks for making a more nutritious lifestyle easier. Brian identifies the ideas that the wellness and fitness cultures feed us from day one and the dieting patterns it creates in our lives. Listen to find out how to reclaim your nutrition to better your fertility journey and life.
What You'll Learn
Food patterns that may be preventing you from getting pregnant
What it means to eat for the seasons of your life
Sustainable healthy habits
And much more!
"We have seasons of our lives and our nutrition should match those seasons."

Season 1 · Episode 39
Wednesday, October 28, 2020 • Duration 14:04
Meet Melissa…
The doctors couldn't tell Melissa exactly why she wasn't getting pregnant through IVF. Instead, they just gave her the (scary low) odds of her actually getting pregnant with her own legs and left the decision up to her. When I met her, Melissa was about to get an egg donor after two failed rounds of IVF. Listen to how we successfully prepared her for IVF and how her fertility journey allowed for her to gain a stronger, healthier mindset.
What You'll Learn
Where she was in her fertility journey when we first met
The struggles she had to overcome
How she did the work, implemented the tools and strategies we teach
Where she currently is in her fertility journey
And much more!
"I went from being not able to handle my best friend being pregnant to being totally fine with it. It is a total shift in how I see things and how I think about things now. "

EP38: How to Co-Collaborate with Your Fertility Doctor
Season 1 · Episode 38
Wednesday, October 21, 2020 • Duration 39:03
The relationship you have with your fertility doctor is really important. But most of the time, these "relationships" tend to be one sided, where you are expected to just sit and wait for the doctor to do their magic or for science to be on your side. Now, say this with me: For a relationship to be productive, it can't be one sided.
When we think of doctors, we think of people whom we should just trust and expect to have the answers. Believing this prevents a lot of healthy dialogue from happening, especially when it comes to your fertility journey.
On this episode of The FU Project Podcast, I break down how you can create a balanced relationship with your fertility doctor by examining the current structure of doctor's offices, what to look for in your visit and how to be your own advocate. Tune in to learn how to reclaim your confidence in the doctor's office.
What You'll Learn
Why the doctor-patient relationship is the way it is
What to do once you're in the appointment
How to protect your fertility journey investment and co-collaborate with your doctor
And much more!
"I want you to protect your own investment into this business"- Tasha Blasi
Hanna was doing everything perfectly to get pregnant. Perfect diet and even quit her job to reduce the stress, but she still couldn't get pregnant. When we met, she'd had 4 miscarriages and was preparing for IVF. Listen to how we successfully prepared her for IVF, how "less was more" for her personal focus and intensity towards her fertility journey (because she allowed me to take off the pressure), and how she never even got to an embryo transfer before she got pregnant.
What You'll Learn
Where she was in her fertility journey when we first met
The struggles she had to overcome
How she did the work, implemented the tools and strategies we teach
Where she currently is in her fertility journey
And much more!
"Mindset and support were the two major things that I think impacted why I was able to get pregnant on my own..."

EP36: Path to Parenthood with Melanie
Season 1 · Episode 36
Wednesday, September 30, 2020 • Duration 11:52
Meet Melanie…
She already had a daughter from IVF previously, so why was she not able to get pregnant again? When I met her she had 3 failed transfers with genetically normal embryos and a very reluctant doctor who did not want to make any changes. It was with her last embryos that we were able to get the doctor to do things differently. She credits her fertility journey with making her a better mother and something that made her grow up a lot. Listen to how she found her confidence to stand up to her doctor who refused to make changes and what she wants to teach others in her situation.
What You'll Learn
Where she was in her fertility journey when we first met
The struggles she had to overcome
How she did the work, implemented the tools and strategies we teach
Where she currently is in her fertility journey
And much more!
"It made me patient, it made me a better mother and it helped me not take anything I have for granted…"

Season 1 · Episode 35
Wednesday, September 16, 2020 • Duration 15:48
Meet Brittanya…
When I met her she was repeatedly told by her doctor that she had "bad eggs". In the first two egg retrievals with her doctor, she produced 2 Day 3 embryos and in the last egg retrieval, she didn't even get to fertilization of the one egg she had. Listen to this conversation about how she got over many medical issues getting in the way of her fertility treatments (and how that correlated to her fertility issues) and, when she was able to finally do another egg retrieval, how her egg count more than doubled after doing the work to clear space and create energy.
What You'll Learn
Where she was in her fertility journey when we first met
The struggles she had to overcome
How she did the work, implemented the tools and strategies we teach
Where she currently is in her fertility journey

Have you ever seen those pop-up shops around town offering egg preservation at ridiculously affordable prices? Fertility treatments can get expensive quickly. So I understand how saving a little money on part of the process can seem appealing. But, and this is a big but, you need to remember that this pop-up shop is going to have your eggs!
On this episode of The FU Project Podcast, Tasha breaks down why who is handling and housing your eggs matters, including how to evaluate whether or not a clinic is a good candidate for the task. Tune in to learn how to ask yourself the important questions about egg preservation and get one step closer to the ultimate goal - a baby.
What You'll Learn
Why quality and expertise matter when preserving your eggs.
How to determine if a clinic is a quality clinic.
