But when it becomes more frequent or turns into binges, it’s time to take notice and make positive changes that can help manage how we're eating and how much. That’s where mindfulness comes in. In today’s episode we cover the power of mindfulness practice as an effective method in raising awareness and attention around occasional overeating or binging of food and eating.
