That's why I transitioned from traditional healthcare provider to health coach, and so did my guest, Dr. Heather Rhodes. Our mission? To fill in the gaps left by mainstream healthcare. We share our personal journey of earning our health coaching certifications, making plans, and establishing successful home-based businesses that don't compromise our roles as mothers.
