79. How Grace Got Her Spark Back & Rewired Over-doing Patterns & Debilitating Vestibular Migraines

Grace reached out to us initially as she was exhausted by her over-doing, over-responsible patterns, and was fed up with her life. She had a previous history of breast cancer, going 110% trying to “fix” the root-cause, as well as debilitating vestibular migraines that would often leave her flat in bed for 17 hours a day. We dive deep into her ROOT-root-cause that was affecting EVERYTHING, and how she continued to lean into the process, even when things got tough. And how she came out the otherside a well, balanced, calmer, more relaxed woman!

I first witnessed the power of TRTP when I had a new client do TRTP with another practitioner while she waited for lab results to come back. A few weeks later ALL her symptoms had disappeared - anxiety, depression, fatigue, brain fog, gut issues, and she was off her ADHD medication. I was mind blown, and knew I had to learn TRTP myself to help our clients get faster and more effective results!
