First Trimester Diaries <3

Peace Family, >> Forgive me for the muzzled mic sounds y'all.

My whole world changed the day I found out that the love between my husband and me had evolved into a precious soul set to enter this world come spring.

The journey from maidenhood to motherhood is a transformation unlike any other - a season of profound change, growth and faith. In today's episode I share the intimate, soul-stirring reflections that have come to define this chapter of my life.

I share about rebirth cycles, the miracle of life and how my faith walk has transformed since I first found out we're expecting.

I personally moved through anxious momma thoughts when things felt extremely uncertain but also immense joy come the second trimester (I'll share more about soon).

The excitement I feel to meet our little one, is otherworldly at this point.

"For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made." Psalm 139:13-16

Today I shared some of my favorite takeaways from Chapter 8 (Discovering Our Different Emotional Needs) and I rapped up Chapter 7 (Women Are Like Waves) takeaways. This is the second part of my book review series on Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus. Some primary emotional and love needs for men include: acceptance admiration approval encouragement Some primary emotional and love needs for women include: understanding devotion validation and so much more! I break down how our different emotional needs can create an atmosphere of harmony if we choose to be intentional with how we show up as a heart-led woman of love. I begin my review on Chapter 8 at 15 minutes. At 31 minutes I share about the knight and shining armor archetype. John Gray shares an illustration so this concept can land deeper for us women. At 45 minutes I share some differences about Martians and Venusians and some tips on how to give up "trying to change him." I continue on with Chapter 9 & 10 in Part 3 of this series so stay tuned! Cycle Syncing Foods? Hormonal Health Tips

I generally opt for grass-fed beef, organic meats, organic\pasteurized eggs and all but know that there's no need to be dogmatic about it. Consuming more bioavailable foods WHILE listening to how your body responds, is vital if you choose to cycle sync!

I generally eat the same foods during my entire cycle although I consume more beef during the luteal phase to support my iron levels. Eating a high protein and simplistic diet has supported my hormones over the past year in great deal.

In this episode I shared about the benefits of beef, eggs, butter, raw milk and chicken. I hope this episode helps support you on your own personal journey!
