Sabrina's also been experiencing some physical pain due to her hips being out of alignment, affecting her lower triangle, including the sacral and solar plexus. But with chiropractic help, she's learning to realign her nervous system and find balance in her life.

With festival season around the corner, I’ve been answering the call to best support my community and the planet at large. Since being a music journalist back in 2011, I’ve been a Medicine Woman on the dancefloor and a curious sociologist, studying festival communities and the impact we’re making on the world. It goes without saying, Burning Man trained me well when it comes to being a conscious consumer.

After teaching a Kundalini Yoga + Sound Medicine class at Desert Hearts festival last year, I felt the urge to go on an adventure and check out the Trash Pirates. This incredible group of humans travel to festivals around the world as the green team for the event. They sort trash all the way down to cigarette butts and are here to educate the masses about becoming conscious consumers not just in the festival community, but out in the world too.

Sometimes on the path, Spirit likes to take us to distant places to learn what we need to learn and then we are asked to move on. After living in LA, she heard loud and clear in her meditation that Philly was ready for her. We are spiritual beings having a human experience and this medicine is inclusive for all who are ready to go there.

Success starts with the mind and since we are having to navigate through this new paradigm of business and living in the Golden Era, it’s critical for you to honor your needs, your body, and your overall health and well-being. Each of us has the power to manifest what it is we truly desire. To get there, we must be willing to have a healthy relationship with all facets of our hue-man experience. Along the journey, things and thoughts may arise, but it’s up to you to decide the trajectory of your life and how you choose to experience and interpret what’s arising along the way.
