These days people are using these lables more and more. Some stem from professional diagnosis some from self identification.

Regardless of where the label comes from my curiosity is when do the labels stop you? And when do they actually set you free?

Now I am aware that for some this is a charged topic but I invite you to release the charge, flood yourself with curiosity and explore with me.

You are safe and no one knows what true for you other than you. I wonder what more we can become aware of in the Curious Universe.

What if you are even greater than the greatest compliment you have ever received?

It’s nice to hear great things about you from others and true acknowledgement is the fertilizer that will GROW everything!

But have you ever experienced that moment when someone is saying something nice to you, about you, but it kinda makes you feel heavy or crunchy? Perhaps you even made yourself wrong for responding that way.

What if it’s because there is MORE to acknowledge? Or what if there are energies attached to that acknowledgment that you are simply aware of.
