Fear is the idea that something, most likely BAD, is going to happen. Got butterflies in your stomach, or sweaty palms? As kids we learned to link these sensations to fear. But what if it’s something else? Energetically, fear and excitement are similar energies. How many things have you been afraid of choosing that actually could be fun? Don’t take my word for it. Anytime you have a sensation of ‘fear’ ask yourself: is this fear or excitement? You might be surprised by what shows up!

Today’s episode is a conversation with Sylvia Puentes, a very busy lady 
who has the gift of being in more than one place at once. 
Buzzing with energy and the exuberance of living, Sylvia seems to be all 
over the place, all at once, and never ceases to contribute. And she does 
so with enormous ease that she didn’t always have. For a long time, she 
was made wrong for being that squirrel energy that she is.
 What if living your life at your own speed, even if it was the speed of light, 
was not wrong, no matter what people said? What if you didn’t need to 
judge yourself or others for the way you live your life? What if you actually 
trusted your knowing and followed the energy? What if that was a muscle

An animal will always respond energetically to what you’re saying. Just don't expect them to look at you or give a certain sign. It might be fleeting and so subtle you think it’s imagination. Allow the communication to come to you and it’ll get louder and clearer next time. What if trusting the animals’ messages, even if they seem unreal, could lead to more joyful possibilities?
