In honor of Memorial Day, Colin shares his experience as a new Second Lieutenant and Officer-In-Charge of SrA Bryan Bell's funeral. SrA Bell was killed on 5 January 2012 in Helmand Province, Afghanistan when his vehicle was struck by an IED (see Military Times: https://thefallen.militarytimes.com/air-force-senior-airman-bryan-r-bell/6568079).
